### "Great support and communication"

Pros

My dedicated support team work quickly and personally to answer my questions!

Cons

Since we maintain three Ushur environments (Development, Testing, Production) it is not immediately intuitive based on the UI how to keep all three in sync. Each Ushur can be exported. And new Ushurs can be created from that exported file. It is not clear whether that exported file can be used to update an existing Ushur. Also, this appears to be on an Ushur-by-Ushur basis. It does not appear that I can export multiples in a single batch and then import them at once. If this is possible, I'd like more information. If this is not possible, it's a feature which would be incredibly helpful to reduce copy/paste types of errors when moving between instances.

As a developer, I think the overall experience is okay. A lot of support being given from Ushur, which is a good sign.

Pros

It reduce the need to code and can do both basic and advance use cases

Cons

Poor documentation creates a steep learning curve

Pros

Relatively easy and intuitive to use it doesn't take long to get up to speed. Ushur seem to be continually trying to improve functionality which is great for the user. Great support from Ushur.

Cons

Response times can be slow when gathering history of conversations.

Some features are not available yet like adding new variables and will need to see how it handles high volume of messages.

Building the workflows is easy and intuitive. The most impactful feature is being able to customize emails or texts to suit the person receiving the text/email.

Cons

Integration was a little difficult in terms of using the API.
