It is a pretty good software especially for the e-commerce side

Pros

Based on your need , you can chose the plan. That is one of the best thing about Shopify. Ease of use from plan options

Cons

Based on the today’s competive market, it does need to add few more features that are less time consuming and more customer friendly

If you want to make money on the go, Shopify POS is a must. It lets you advertise and sell your items to people you meet in person.

Cons

You can't view and purchase from your store which would be a cool feature when showing your store to someone.

Pros

I decided to sell shirts with my name on them and Shopify was recommended to me by a friends. It was so easy to use, I was able to create an online store and sell my first shirt within a day. I couldn’t be happier. I uploaded with ease, collected funds and contact with my fans

Cons

I don’t have any cons with the software. It worked so fast and easy.

I used this program to try e commerce. It was very simple to navigate

Pros

I like how you can use this program to help you sell your online products. It should be simple, however because I was not able to sell my product, I could not unlock it's full potential

Cons

The program itself does not have any bad features. I was just not able to sell my products. Monitoring my products were simple thanks to this app.

they have some hidden costs in some cases to get harware integrations, or staff accounts, the analytics services are some simple

Pros

Unsurprisingly, Shopify POS works really well with Shopify! Made it really easy for us to decide, plus it is good value for money for all the features that we needed. Customer service was also very responsive to our needs.

Cons

Can't think of much here, except for some enterprise-grade features that we won't need at this stage of our business anyway.

We use this service to link to our shopify store at craft shows and vendor events. We have NEVER had an issue with the product! Plus, they give you a FREE chip reader with the shopify subscription. SO MUCH BETTER THAN PAYPAL!

Cons

NOTHING! Product is PERFECT just as it is. I cannot find anything negative to say

I have my shop walking around with right on my phone, I can complete orders and take my marketing offline, speaking directly with potential customers. Completing orders for customers right away, right on my phone.

Cons

I am unable to list new items through the app, but otherwise, it works very well no bugs and I am quite happy with it.

Pros

Shopify POS is a great platform especially for keeping track of sales and customer's in real-time. The app was easy to navigate.

Cons

Using Shopify initially was not that easy, there were not as many functions and available shortcuts compared to other e-commerce platforms.

I like the benefits of being fully integrated anywhere in my online sales. I can accept payments with low fees, no hidden fees and get payments fast

Cons

They could only add the option of finalizing purchases with external bluetooth payment methods.

Shopify PoS gives us peace of mind whenever we open a pop up or retail experience.

Pros

While we have not used other PoS software, Shopify PoS does a great job for us. All features we need, none that we don't, and an intuitive UI.

Cons

We have not had any issues with this tool so far. There may be features on other platforms that we are not aware of.

Pros

Integrates with my Shopify Store (Something Square Cant), great for inventory across online offline, integrates with Epson printers.

Cons

PRICE, Shopify POS is expensive and does not require the price tag when compared to the competition. IT has an app store but those apps addon more price to the monthly fees. Also, the Shopify POS's payment terminal doesn't support TAP which is pretty bad. Switched to Square and never going back.

Absolute no-brainer if you already use shopify. Hooking up this POS is really easy if you're already on Shopify.

Cons

It doesn't have as robust of features as other POS softwares out there. So make sure you it has everything you need.

I have used shopify pos when I was have online store. It was working good, fees are not high, payments are fast. Works good. If I open an online store again I would probably use it again.

Makes having multiple storefront locations easy by having a uniform look and experience

Pros

I like how easy to use this software is, you could genuinely dive right in and have few questions about how the app works. It makes having multiple store locations easy.

Cons

That everything is connected through Bluetooth... if one thing goes down, my whole system goes down and can take a few minutes to get back running which causes clients to be upset.

Overall, the system was quick and easy to use. When doing holiday pop ups, a fast checkout is a must! We don't use barcodes, but I love that that's an option to make it even faster. But being able to search quickly for a item and add to cart worked great. Love that the card reader is chip enabled too!

Pros

I love that I'm able to search items by title or sku.

Cons

Sometimes when I would click on Quick Sale, it wouldn't allow me to create a title for the item. I had to back out of it a couple times and try again.

There are a lot of great things to say about Shopify POS, and just a few negatives. It's generally pretty easy to setup and get up and running. It's pretty straightforward to use and is easy enough for a newbie to sell from. Some advanced selling can't be configured is my only hangup.

If you have your store set-up in a confusing manner, it can take a bit of time to get this perfect, but not hard.
