It is easy to access the different areas, and you don't need to click through multiple things to find the information you are looking for. I also found using the different sections of the app straight forward which was appreciated by someone who is not the most tech savy. Pros User friendly interface. I am able to easily locate and access the different parts of the app when needed. Cons When looking at the daily schedule for my team I am not able to see all team members working that day, only the ones in the same role/position as me. Review Source CV CHRISTINE V. The days of having paper documentation and clock in/out are gone. Pros Seamless platform to manage employment information. Easy to access and update schedule, tax forms and payment information. Shifts management in part time jobs is also a plus as you can easily switch with colleagues. Finding your pay and time off requests are simple. I dislike the redundant email notifications to both personal and work emails and far too many notifications regarding the quarterly review process (even when no action is needed). Pros Easy to view paycheck and time off requests, the teamrelate profile (personality test) is a cool feature. Pros This platform did what it needed to do, and it was nice to have an all-in-one platform for hiring, payroll changes, and time clocks. Cons This platform wasn't precisely the most organized. I was always able to see my full payrolls, download it and manage my work time. Pros It's greater platform to manage your payrolls, taxes form, update your employee info, scheduled day offs and see your shift time. Easy to use. Cons No issue. Always works perfect. My experience has been very good. One of the best platforms I've used for Payroll. Pros The fact that HR and Payroll are linked together in one seamless application. The web interface and mobile app are very well-designed and useful. Cons Dayforce has an enormous amount of data that can be accessed—so much in fact that finding the right report to include all the data you want can be overwhelming. Not all the data is transferable between reports. For example, Timesheet data is not always able to be included with Payroll data. Alternatives considered [Paycom](https://www.capterra.com/p/130949/Paycom/) Reason for choosing Dayforce HCM When comparing the time and cost factors we deemed Dayforce as a better value. " December 3, 2024 5.0 we feel very supported and solid from a platform and compliance perspective. They really have a deep bench of help. Pros Integration options, both import, and exports. The platform is very stable and the R&D efforts are second to none. Cons Lack of UDF in all areas. We see it in employee properties, but many object would benefit from the ability to add user-defined fields. September 17, 2024 5.0 Transitioning from an in-house system to Dayforce is the best decision we ever made. Although implementation during covid was rough, and going live, we still have many policies not correctly configured. But after 3 years of using dayforce, I was able to modify some entitlement policies, pay policies that were not working properly. I do not have a computer programming background but the dayforce is so intuitive that I was able to do so. Pros The dayforce system is very intuitive. The continues calculation is a hot seller for me. Cons Initially reporting is the feature I liked least but once I'm getting the hang of it, it's not too bad. Pros Flexibility and constant innovation. The software is intuitive but does need IT/Financial Analyst support to really have it set up well. Cons Some things that should be included in the software (basic reports) require that you pay for customization. Not a big fan of the transition from implementation to support. Cons The gps location can be in accurate sometimes depending on cell service.
