Also really enjoyed the feature to find what your missing when approving payroll. As-Needed Construction Compliance Monitor Construction Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "I like it" June 11, 2021 5.0 I am an As-Needed monitor, so, this website helps me keep track of working locations, hours, meetings, pay, and makes sure all of my trainings are up to date. It's a great tool to keep everything organized in such a big company that deals with so many contracts. Pros I like that it keeps track of all of my paystubs, now I don't have to worry about keeping a cluttered box of them in my house. It also keeps track of messages, forms, creates a working calendar; it just organizes everything for me and I think it's great. Cons I haven't found anything that I dislike about this software yet, it has been pretty straightforward to use and I haven't thought of any useful additions. Review Source AM Anne M. Pros I like that it is a single platform for all employee data and interactions. It provides our employees and managers a unified look and way to view and manage pertinent information about their work and pay. Cons I feel like there are sections that are not intuitive. Once you have configured YOUR Dayforce to fit the needs of your company it saves time on payroll, time and attendance, benefits. The self-service module is easy even for users who are not "computer savvy". The icons in Dayforce tell you exactly what you need to know when dealing with time and attendance and where you problems or issues are. 24/7 support is available as well as online interactive training for ALL users which is extremely helpful. Cons The reporting is a little tough, however with a system upgrade coming up here soon it seems as if they really have listened to their customers complaints or ideas and reporting will be much easier. Pros this software allows you to easily clock-in and out for the start/end of shifts as well as breaks, while also showing your wages, allowing you to leave a note for payroll/supervisor information. It also lets you access documents such as W2's and paystubs. Like having the integration of the timeclock, payroll and HRIS systems together. Ability to review payrolls prior to a final submission. Cons Technical support wait time when calling in for issues. Support staff does not appear to be as knowledgeable as in the past. June 22, 2016 4.0 Pros Dayforce HCM is continuing to change and evolve and clients have had their voices heard in many instances. Ceridian has come to the table with open ears to hear the business case behind functionality needs and has proven that they will listen to clients needs and implement changes that make sense for both the client and the direction of Dayforce. Each release has improved the usability of the application and has made it more flexible to meeting different organizational needs. Cons The application is robust and allows for several different approaches to configuration. Because the product is relatively new and ever evolving, understanding all of the capabilities of the application and how the pieces work together can be a challenge when attempting to determine the best direction in configuration/implementation.
