I like it. Whenever I need information about my pay it is easy to hop on and check my information.

Pros

Shows all the information from your pay stub to make sure everything is correct.

Cons

It took me a little bit to understand where certain documents were held in the system.

Interconnectivity between full suite of modules and ability to connect and integration with other systems.

Cons

The software doesn’t seem to be flexible enough to meet the needs of customers that operate in various states and have to adhere to state by state regulations for scheduling, pay, recruitment, etc.

Disparate system that required multiple manual interventions and didn’t have ability to report and drive analytics to make business decisions.

The thing that I like the most about this program is that it is super user friendly, and it is available as an app.

Cons

Uploading information to the time clock is not as fast as I would like it to be, causing some errors.

I love using the Dayforce app. Not only do I have access to all my earning statements but I can also review employees and have information whenever I need it.

Cons

I don't currently have any cons, the app serves the information I need when I'm away from my computer.

Pros

It is well organized. It is easy to navigate through the different screens. I usually do not have any trouble locating anything I'm looking for.

Cons

It seems to load very slowing when logging on. When dealing with a time clock, it would be nice to have it move a little faster. Also, when clocking in and out for lunches, it is easy to clock your self out for the day by accident. If the buttons were switched around a little the problem would be solved.

Pros

We transitioned from a multi-system process to Dayforce HCM. The ability to operate in a single system is a huge time saver. It is real time record keeping so no transferring of data to a mainframe. From a payroll processing perspective, we no longer need to lock the system down from other users in order to process. Our commit time has also been greatly reduced from hours to a matter of minutes. Our employees are more active in approving their timesheets and allows the employer to hold them more accountable, reducing the amount of corrections after the fact.

Cons

Our implementation team was awesome and gave us great attention. Now that we are with customer support, I don't feel that we have the same level of importance. Maybe we just got spoiled....but more frequent correspondence with customer service would be nice.

Pros

Clear to read when given to the employees, very confidential so no ones information is at risk, and overall and easy to use system.

Cons

Takes long to reset if you happen to lose your log in information, this leaves the employees locked out for too long.

Pros

Am able to perform the functions necessary to submit time off requests without needing any sort of tutorial or outside help. Email notifications about changes in status are nice

Cons

As with a lot of time management software, the UI is very dated looking. It's not bad or unintuitive, its just not as clean and simple as some other programs I've used in the past. However, this is purely an aesthetic thing and does not affect the functionality.

Sometimes the updates are not researched enough and cause problems that have not been anticipated and.

Overall experience was good but similar from the other cons that I metnioned, there were def changes I'd like to change.

Pros

I liked being able to view my benefits easily in one place, it was clear and concise when it came time for annual enrollment.

Cons

I didn't like how I was prompted with pop ups everytime I logged into the software. I was told about new news and changes and made me dread logging into the tool.

Cons

Implementation was challenging with the team in Mauritius. Having a team in North America would make the experience easier. Additionally, having a dedicated support member would be valuable.

it can be hard to get support. sometimes you just want to ask a question like is it possible to do something, but you have to log a ticket. then you have to wait days to months to get a response

Pros

I use this program for work. I really like it. When I need to look up someone's address or their phone number I can find it right on Dayforce. There's also files you can store in dayforce. Dayforce is also used for clockin in and out, viewing your timesheets and looking at your paystubs.

Cons

At first it was confusing to use because I didn't know where to find certain things but then I got the hang of it.
