Pros Dayforce is a robust system overall. I have only been using as an administrator for seven months and was able to quickly learn and become an SME is many different areas across the platform. Cons WE have 5 separate business entities all under our one Dayforce platform and there are many config settings that are global, which creates issues for us when trying to customize to each entity. Pros Effective and customizable US timetracking, labor cost features, balance tracking, and payroll processing. Cons Recruiting/Candidate functions are clunky and not fully integrated in a meaningful way. Forms/workflows require a lot of expertise and trial/error. Majority countries in APAC are not 'native' payroll engines, so there's a lot of rules and parameters, not a lot of flexibility or automation without some out-of-system workarounds. Then was put on even longer holds with no explanation as why. Was passed three times from one person to the next. A bunch of untrained kids have been put on the phones who do not even know how to talk and empathies with customer. No apology for the long holds. They won't even listen when you try to explain the problem. Pros They used to have a very good customer support line, but not anymore.
