Payroll Manager Utilities Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Dayforce HCM - Moving to all Dayforce Modules by FY2016" June 23, 2015 4.5 Pros The user friendly functionally of the product and the Dayforce mobile app. There are so many great features form online leave request, messaging, view pay, onboarding, etc. After using multiple Ceridian applications, Latitude, Self Service, Pay Cards, Tax filing, Wage Attachment, it's great to have one application for all our company needs. What do I like best about this vendor, great customer service! Cons The only feature that I wish Dayforce offered is the ability to delegate across instead of down. As a 24 hour government agency, we have multiple managers that supervisors workers depending on their shift. Delegation across would make life much easier than having to assign dual managers. HR is continually working to utilize more features and make it easier for both them and the employees. Pros I love that I can check my earnings statements, request time off, and communicate with my manager in one location. Cons Password resets are difficult; I am not sure if this is just because of the way we have it setup but it is an arduous process to get someone's password reset when they forget it. Very easy to use, great for both the back office as well as employee facing pieces. Great support as well. Revolutionizes what HCM should be. I also love the ability to go in and request my PTO without having to e-mail my supervisor directly. Used the software for: ### "Dayforce Review" January 5, 2017 4.0 Our company transitioned to using Dayforce in 2014. I value how user-friendly it is as someone who had never used Dayforce before. I was impressed with the level of customer service. They are professional and make sure if you have any questions they are resolved and they always follow up to make sure. My experience with Dayforce has been a positive one. From payroll to benefits, to year end it is easy to use and see how the different modules talk to each other so you always know where to look when you have a question about something. It is easy to import lessons into Dayforce and efficiently enrolls all employees. Pros I like that Dayforce offers so many functionalities within one user friendly platform. The payroll and training functions are very easy to use and I like they offer training on how to use the different functions. Cons I dont know that I have found anything I dislike about the software yet. When I find one I can reevaluate. The simplicity of using the software has been instrumental in reducing errors. Cons I can't find anything negative to say about the product. Dayforce Support has been very good on the Canadian side, but has been slow in ramping up on the US side. Though I understand that they have pretty much resolved those issues.
