Pros Timesheets, day of requests and overall HR tasks has improved our productivity. Intuitive UI design and has been very user friendly. Cons App can sometimes feel sluggish and slow. The simplicity of using the software has been instrumental in reducing errors. Cons I can't find anything negative to say about the product. Dayforce Support has been very good on the Canadian side, but has been slow in ramping up on the US side. Though I understand that they have pretty much resolved those issues. It is cloud based and can handle HR, payroll, benefits and workforce management in a single app, so you can stop using multiple applications and move into Dayforce. Specifically, the ability to implement really complicated pay policies. Unlike other vendors, Dayforce is open to listen to your suggestions and ideas for new features. Cons The reporting module needs improvement. They keep improving it with every release, so I trust them that in the near future I’m going to like it. Support also needs a boost. Pros I like how easy it is to log in. I enjoy the calendar feature. I can see all of my coworker's. I enjoy the ability to see my exact time punches. Ceridian listened to our needs and continues to do so. There is nothing better than being able to run reports on all three of these items in one system. Another benefit to having time and pay all in one system is there is not an interface that has to be run to imprt time into the payroll sytem. It will also make for easy tracking for the ACA. Cons The limitations on the benfits side. We would like to see the system calculate any retros due or owed from employees. Right now alot of that is being missed since the system is not calculating. Moving piles of papers into electronic processes with the ability to track and audit the information has expedited our PAF process and made room in our days for more important things like connecting with our employees.
