I was introduced to Dayforce on April 20th and ran my first payroll on May 18th. Very straight forward and easy to learn. Cons I would like to see all of the reports available for download to Excel. I also like the fact that there is no need to enter bank routing numbers (for direct deposit) into the payroll system. In addition, local taxes are automatically calculated based on the address, so you don't have to add the specific tax codes to employees. Cons Support and Reporting are less than terrific. Also, Employee Self-Service has a few features that aren't entirely intuitive for employees. Review Source NS Nitin S. This, combined with a Shared Service model has given us the ability to have back ups for our administrators working from different parts of the world. Cons The support for the clocks has been longer than we had liked given that it is critical and how we gather information to pay our hourly employees. The Ceridian support team is also very responsive and knowledgeable.
