Sherpa has been trying to get my business for over a year but I had contracts/commitments with their other competitors. I finally gave them a shot on Valentine's Day and gave them 100+ jobs to do. Firstly, we had time sensitive jobs so we booked early start for a couple of runners. 3/5 of them came late - one came more than 2 hours late and we missed a bunch of business drop offs and delivered incorrect boxes. This obviously let down a lot of our customers and we've now had to compensate our customers at our own cost. Furthermore, two of their runners were extremely rude on the day. When we filed a dispute 3 business days after delivery, their support team said we had to file it within 5 days (including weekends) - which technically we did but 10 minutes after 5PM. Now, they're absolving themselves of any responsibility on a technicality. There were some returns that their runners couldn't do and they were about to return it back to us at $50 charge even though we didn't approve the return. The cost of this outweighs the cost of our products, so we wouldn't accept this. On their booking interface, I found it complicated. You can't see which runner is doing what job clearly and there's no public tracking link you can share with customers. I'm not even sure if my customers got tracking links because we had many customers asking for a tracking link. The cost per delivery isn't too bad if you have lots of jobs but you have to submit all your jobs 24 hours before the shift and you can't add anymore before the run starts - which kinda defeats the purpose for an on-demand delivery service. \[sensitive content hidden\], the account manager, is great but I can't say the same for the rest of the company. There are other similar players in the market with better support and tracking services - who will also actually resolve issues and not to absolve themselves.

Pros

Price per delivery is fair if you have lots of jobs. and there's no monthly subscription fees.

Cons

Bad customer support, clunky IU, no public tracking links to share with customers, no delivery notes section, drivers arrived more than 2 hours late than starting shift time
