I love everything about Skypiom. Every course is structured to have 12 modules, you are required to answer 30 questions and should score a minimum of 65 to be found competent.
What impressed us most is the clarity and thoroughness of the reporting module as well as the ability to run internal moderation - a big advantage over similar products we have tried in the past.
We had the freedom of taking a phased approach, starting with the vanilla application in 2017 and gradually adding features that suited our skillset, resources and strategy, over a period of time.
Cons
There is not anything I found that I disliked. It can be used on a desktop or a mobile device.
KMS is the one stop shop for our training needs.
I didnt find anything that i was directly opposed to with this software, it my be a little more expensive than others on the market but you get what you pay for.

Overall: Skypiom Knowledge Management System has provided a centralised hub for all our educational needs. It has run virtually fault-free for the 7 years that we have been using it making it and support / customer service has been second-to-none.
Pros: As a South African Qualification Authority (SAQA)-accredited private college as well as offering United Kingdom approved qualifications, our Accreditation Bodies as well as Instructional Team value the ease of hosting various types of material (PDF, Power Point etc) on the platform. Cons: Skypiom has a large amount of features & capabilities that can be daunting for the first-time Course Administrator but once you've used it a bit it works like a dream.
"Skypiom Learning Platform"
Overall: All I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW Love the system, love the modules, love the content, love everything about Skypiom!!!
Pros: I love everything about Skypiom. Every course is structured to have 12 modules, you are required to answer 30 questions and should score a minimum of 65 to be found competent. this means that you can not "cheat" whilst doing a course since if you do not pay attention to what you are learning, you will be required to re-enroll for a particular course in order to be found competent. I also love the fact that every module is followed by a case study which provides greater clarity on the content shared in the module that preceded each case study. Each module is no longer than 5 minutes, so it's really "bite-size" content but well structured and filled with lots of relevant and up-to-date content. The whole system is so easy to navigate, I can actually do it in my sleep right now. Before now, I've enrolled on various other platforms to study free MOOCS, but Skypiom is by far the most user-friendly and interactive platform I've used to date. Well done to the developers, designers, owners, and project team for putting something so intuitive together. I am very much impressed and that is putting it "mildly" To date, and this has ONLY been since the last week in April 2021, when I enrolled for my first course, I've successfully completed over 60 courses already, and this is whilst holding down a full-time job....and today is July 7th, 2021.

"A Measurability Tool Supremo & Innvotive Offering"
Overall: The Knowledge Management System is a robust and well thought through cloud-based solution, that not only gives the knowledge team of a business greater insight into their staffs knowledge capital but also provides ease of learning & development for every employee. It has established a great learning & development culture within my enterprise and the clients I serve.
Pros: Multitude of Measurement Functions (Aloof, SOPCAPS, Standard Knowledge Tests, Clock, to name a few) Robust Reporting Knowledge Measurement & Scheduling Staff Specific Approach User Friendly Phenomenal Support Secure & Accredited Aligned with HR Standards Simple Enterprise Integration

"Our journey with Skypiom"
Overall: We use this product to continuously upskill and train fellow staff members who collectively make up our large enterprise. The system caters for all our training delivery needs and even provides for full blended learning, through the ability to create a course tree containing various format and file types, even assessments. The reporting component is built-in and provide the right insights needed to address knowledge and skills-gaps in the organization. Support is also catered for through a built-in ticketing system and response is just brilliant.
Pros: It is an all-in-one cloud-hosted and fully supported LMS/KMS with the necessary functionality to implement at scale. We had the freedom of taking a phased approach, starting with the vanilla application in 2017 and gradually adding features that suited our skillset, resources and strategy, over a period of time.
Cons: During the first year of utilizing the platform in our Learning & Development department, we were required to keep hosting our Moodle server on the side, as the KMS/LMS did not support SCORM-compliant courses. However, the platform continuously developed over time to the point where it now natively supports SCORM as well as Open-source content and courses.

"Great System for Recruitment"
Pros: Our team uses the Knowledge Management System for recruitment purposes and the platform has streamlined our processes tremendously. Skypiom has a Personality Profiling (SOPCAPS) tool which allows us to measure a potential candidate's personality traits and cognitive abilities and make sure that they are a right fit for the organisation. We are also able to update the theme and logo to our own, which allows for a great experience for our candidates and they have also regularly mentioned that they find the platform straightforward to use. Lastly, the reporting functionality on the KMS is great. It provides in depth reports allowing us to make informed decisions in the recruiting process. We have never seen another system with this level of reporting so easily available to administrators.
Cons: Understanding the Personality Profiling setup and how to create courses does take time. There are a lot of options when creating courses, and can seem overwhelming at first. But in depth training is provided for administrators and the team at Skypiom is always on standby should we need any assistance.
