Pros

This software is user friendly. You can easily go through different topics of your choice and it is assessed instantly. Also, the assessment can be reviewed on time so giving a great chance for improvement.

Cons

The software should have more more detailed reports where we can asses how to inprove or where the person is lacking.Also, also management for couses should be enhanced a bit.

We were trying two problems: 1. Our onboarding program for dispersed group was heavily dependent on physical trainers traveling to the respective locations. As we started to add new locations, this meant adding additional workforce, which got solved with all the functional onboarding content being moved to self learning with a trainer present virtually to handle queries. 2. We needed to continuously run knowledge check assessments, refreshers on products and processes. Plus, there were a lot of new offers that would be rolled out and the teams needed to remain updated. This was again falling on a small team of 8 people to train about 3000 people. Thus, the self learning in different languages made it easy for us to periodically do these assessments, provide customised learning interventions and improve the overall productivity and performance.

Pros

1\. The ease of creating content, adding voice overs, quizzes and assessments is the best part of the platform 2. It provides flexibility to change the content, and thus works exceptionally well for teams with dynamic content such as - regular product updates, new sales offers etc 3. Dispersing content to people across locations, geographies and offices is really easy and convenient 4. The reporting mechanism is all encompassing with the ability to capture - quiz answers, time of completion as well as descriptive answers. 5. You do not need an Instructional Design expert to work on it. Anyone in the team with the basic understanding of powerpoint can also work on it. 6. If you have teams with vernacular language requirements, the platform can convert content into multiple languages in a very short period of time. 7. We can create blended learning options with both elearning and classroom learning within a course with clear dependencies of what will start after achieving what level of completion.

Cons

While the content creation is really easy, it does lack the flexibility of content and image placement that other content design platforms like Captivate and Articulate provide.

Reasons for choosing Nittio Learn

The agility provided by Nittio was the primary reason. The other tools did not provide both authoring and learning management services in the same platform. Given, our content was dynamic with extensive requirement for customisation, it made sense to build content internally and in the absence of Nittio, it would have meant using 2 different tools . With Nittio, all the team members could work on their respective content without depending on a central Instructional design team or elearning specialists - which worked out to be cost effective and empowering in the long run

We've been using Nittio extensively to engage our front line team and corporate office employees with varied content (internal or external). The ease of deploying content followed with learner completion dashboards makes the entire experience seamless and on-the-go.

Pros

The Nittio user interface is quite simple, easy to understand & navigate. The users in administration role will find the system effortless, efficient and things would be done in couple of clicks. The standardized templates helps in conceptualizing, creating content and successful deployment within minutes.

Cons

While the reports published are comprehensive, lack of ready to use dashboards can indeed help in data analytics and stake holder data visibility.

The ease, practicality and the thought that has gone behind making this easy and effective is exemplary! We saved a lot of time, money and bandwidth after implementing Nittio. Easy to use, track and customize all learning programs.

Cons

Since we were early users, it took a few discussions to customize the product. However, the Nittio team was ever ready to support us with all our requirements.

Our company is focused on creating virtual learning programs for our clients, which requires us to create extensive asynchronous material for the learners to consume on the go. Nittio has been the perfect tool for us, helping us create interactive courses (with videos, multiple-choice questions, feedback forms, pop-ups, voice-overs, and more), disseminate it to learners who can access it on their laptop or on their phones (using the Nittio app), and analyse learner performance using Nittio's detailed reporting feature. Nittio helps us provide end-to-end learning solutions to our clients.

Pros

1\. There is a large selection of features to choose from that help us make our training programs extremely engaging and interactive. 2. The software is extremely easy and quick to use - a couple of minutes spent watching their user guide videos is enough to make you an expert in using the tool. 3. Their reports are comprehensive and information-rich, and helps us conduct detailed post-program analysis. 4. The Nittio Learn team provides the most courteous and on-time replies to customer queries and requests.
