Überweisung aller Inlands-Überweisungen aus der FiBu heraus. Die Software ist schlicht und sehr funktionell - der E-Mail-Support ist sehr klar und reagiert innerhalb von 24 Stunden. Pros Die Einrichtung der Software samt Email-Archivierung der Belege und Einrichtung der HBCI-Schnittstelle ist wirklich sauber gelöst. Mit ordentlichen Stammdaten bei Kreditoren und Debitoren erkennt das Programm neue Belege und macht einen weitgehend automatisierten Buchungsvorschlag. Diesen bestätige ich in 75 % der Fälle und dann ist die Buchung erledigt. In 25 % der Buchungen ist eine kleinere Korrektur notwendig. Bei Kreditoren überweise ich die Zahlungen aus Collmex heraus über HBCI - sehr gut gelöst! Die Dokumentation ist kurz und gut gestaltet. Was man dort nicht findet, beantwortet einem der Support (ausschließlich per Mail) werktags binnen 24 Std. Genial ist die Reisekostenabrechnung für unterschiedliche Mitarbeiter, die sich auf diese Maske einwählen und mit wenigen Klicks (sehr sauber geführt) sich ihre Reisekosten zusammenstellen. Das Ergebnis wird direkt in die FiBu übernommen. Einfacher geht es nicht! Cons Die Oberfläche ist schlicht und funktionell - unter der Rubrik "Buchen" gibt es sehr viele Buchungsvorlagen, deren Mächtigkeit sich erst nach und nach erschließt. Die Usability würde ich nach Einarbeitung als gut bewerten, sie hat aber definitiv Raum für Verbesserungen. Jegliche Art von Buchhaltung war möglich, alles war schnell und - nach einer gewissen Eingewöhnung - auch übersichtlich. Ein paar nötige Schnittstellen waren vorhanden, viele leider nicht. Ganz am Schluss führten die unter "Nachteile" aufgeführten Dinge dazu, dass ich Collmex nach einigen Jahren der Nutzung kündigte und zu einem anderen Tool gewechselt bin. Die Anlagenbuchhaltung vermisse ich aber noch immer. Kein einziger der (Online-)Wettbewerber kommt da auch nur annähernd dran. Pros Der Preis war zu Beginn sicher ein wichtiges Merkmal. Letztlich waren aber der Umfang und einzelne Features wesentlich. Die Vorschläge und Musterbuchungen waren immer hilfreich. Das extrem einfache Buchen auch komplexer Buchungssätze funktioniert prima und übersichtlich. In der größeren Version können mehrere Firmen in einem Account bearbeitet werden. Sehr hilfreich. Durch die schlichte Oberfläche ohne Schickimicki ist die Webapplikation superschnell. Ich habe die Anlagenverwaltung geliebt! Absolut jede Variante von Anlage und Abschreibung war berücksichtigt. Cons Die Oberfläche könnte ein wenig zeitgemäßer aufgehübscht werden. Das würde auch mit ein wenig CSS gehen. Aber gut. Wirklich fürchterlich fand ich die Speicherung der Belege im eigenen E-Mail-Eingang. Das Konzept mag in einigen Fällen Vorteile haben. In vielen aber auch nicht. Das Postfach muss dauerhaft verknüpft sein und Collmex speichert die Pfade intern. Auch nicht zeitgemäß war der fehlende direkte Import von PayPal. Hier war zunächst der Download von PayPal und die Konvertierung in ein MT940 Format nötig. Das muss heute wirklich nicht mehr sein.
