Overall, our experience has been positive and we recommend them to other people in the industry. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been fantastic to deal with.

Pros

I like the level of customer support that we receive, as well as the constant updates that they make to the system. I feel that we are constantly getting an improved product.

Cons

Sometimes I feel that I have to call support for things I could do myself if the system was a little simpler. We have some connectivity issues with our hardware, but most of those kinks have been worked out.

Overall, ReMatter has been a great tool to use. When it's working right, it makes the entire process of weighing and making tickets much faster than on paper.

Pros

ReMatter is great at tracking inventory! Very user friendly and easy to follow the program. The trouble shooting techs are always very helpful, especially \[sensitive content hidden\] He is always available and explains everything thoroughly. Even if it's something he has to fix, he has it done in minutes! I always go straight to him with any concerns I have.

Cons

Side car has issues on occasion. The program will shut down randomly and will need to be restarted.

It's an overall decent system but it just needs little flaws to be fixed.

Pros

It is mostly easy to use with adding customers and changing prices.

Cons

We can't seem to do basic things like print certain tickets, have material costs already in the report, combine multiple scale tickets so we can pay as one, have reports update daily like the profits and losses, or delete tickets that are in receivables.

Pros

ReMatter always respond promptly. Our industry is hands on and our customer are very impatient. Whenever there is an issue the response time is great. I don't have to keep calling or emailing. What I like the most is the follow up. To follow up means that you care, you are concern and for me that means a lot.

Cons

I wished that my company would have used them earlier.

I am extremely pleased with my ReMatter experience. I highly recommend companies in a heavy duty industry, that runs a fleet of trucks, to give ReMatter a try. Being able to manage our inventory and assign trucks to the jobs that correspond have been an absolute game changer.

Pros

There's plenty I could sing about when it comes to ReMatter, however hands down, ReMatter's support team is my favorite part about using the software. They are the most helpful group of geniuses that respond in the speed of light and magically correct backend mistakes.

Cons

I really, really wish I could assign jobs to driver's that are not tub/company/scrap related. I'd love to have a basic "task" option where I could assign driver's to wash their trucks or go to their med card appointment, get an alignment, etc.

Overall, great support system. Some of the features were a great help when it came to doing my EOD reports.

Pros

Downloading the reports as csv, the customer support system (being able to send a message and get a fast response), and generating new report templates. \[sensitive content hidden\] would always answer my calls since I would be too busy to just send a message/emails. Every time I came across an issue, \[sensitive content hidden\] would help tremendously.

Cons

Every time there was an update, something in ReMatter would stop working (but luckily I was always in great communication with \[sensitive content hidden\] so he would immediately let the development team aware.)

Switched from

My experience with ReMatter has been excellent. From the low cost to the outstanding support in training and constant innovation, we could not ask for a better product. Not only are we happy with ReMatter, our customer base loves the supplier portal and has become a selling point for us as well.

Pros

ReMatter and their team are exceptional at innovating their product based on requests and needs of their users. The program has a clean design and is cloud based providing the utmost efficiency. The customer support is unmatched as well and helps to create a pleasant experience even when you need help.

Cons

I have no complaints about anything in ReMatter. The program was thoughtfully designed and continues to improve daily.
