It is a flexible platform, which was set up and straight forward to roll out. For those that use it, the feedback has been only positive.

Cons

Lack of buy in, but that is not anything to do with PLD

Excellent platform and provides our association with an additional service to our members. The client service and additional marketing information regularly provided are also exceptional.

Pros

The platform is easy to use and provides a good number of functionalities. It is a great medium to connect mentees with mentors.

Cons

It would be great if you could add notification when new mentors join and also allow peer to peer mentoring on the same platform.

Excellent and very responsive organisation to work with, able to tailor the platform to our needs.

Pros

This is an easy to use platform that guides both mentees and mentors through the process. The matching facility is effective and there are good reporting capabilities available.

Cons

The organisation of the software isn't always intuitive but I am being picky!
