With Traq's scoring system, it's easy to identify calls that require further analysis. Additionally, the program enables me to search through transcripts and verify what was promised on a call with ease. Cons Traq doesn't have many flaws. The only feature that I like the least is the black box calculation of the call score. Pros Traq.ai has saved me a tremendous amount of time, allowing me to focus on the actual work of sales, sales training and business development. It's a great tool for individual sales professionals and managers of sales teams. It's gives me greater insight and more actionable information about my customers and sales force. QUICK, EASY, IMPACTFUL. I wish this tool was available a long time ago. Cons They've added features and I don't really feel as if I'm missing anything.
