The fact that it is web based, allows us to work anywhere we are. The system is fast. Pros You get a lot for the cost. Once you configure the documents as you like them, this reservation system is pretty quick and accurate in creating customized itineraries. Very flexible. The functionalities are enormous and we ultimately use only 50% of its potential. Support is excellent, CSR is always there in helping via email or skype. Like any software you need to use it for a while to really understand the little tricks, but once you are familiar with all of them, it will really help in boosting sales. It makes it very easy to work with direct clients or travel agents. Cons The closeout feature is not flexible at all. Every time you need to make a change, you have to delete the old one and redo the new one. Name, dates and days cannot be changed/updated. It is a bummer because everything else in this software can be adjusted easily but this feature for whatever reason is not flexible at all. I hope they will work on it.
