Pros It is easy to use and there is good, ongoing support, particularly when setting up. Cons Sometimes notifications and text messages are not sent when requested. Examples are: - Configuration is handled by the client and not the service provider - Set-up was intuitive and seamless - Ability to conduct surveys and reporting within the software eliminates the need for additional survey software - Ability to have multiple rooms and documentation folders provides flexibility in how material presented and provided to users Cons The survey tool is very useful but it could be improved from an efficiency perspective. Multiple choice selections should have a copy function for survey set-up. It would be helpful to be able to copy a survey between rooms. The initial board meeting went off without a hitch. All attendees had no issues participating in the meeting whether it be on a laptop, iPad or phone. During these uncertain times meetings have gone digital and with the portal all information is shared in a timely manner and securely. Pros The ability to share information and put together a board package quickly and securely. I personally like the statistic function, allowing us to understand what is or isn't relevant. The voting feature for matters requiring time-sensitive agenda items is definitely a plus. Cons I have not come across anything that stands out. Any questions or concerns I have, Support (by email or phone) have followed up in a very timely manner-immediate to be precise. Le logiciel apporte une vraie structure et une meilleure organisation au travail quotidien, surtout lorsqu’il s’agit de gérer des documents sensibles, des réunions de gouvernance ou des processus juridiques complexes. L’outil est fiable, sécurisé et assez complet, ce qui permet de centraliser beaucoup d’activités qui étaient auparavant éparpillées entre plusieurs plateformes. Une fois la phase d’apprentissage passée, on gagne clairement en efficacité : tout est plus simple, plus rapide et mieux cadré. J’ai aussi apprécié la stabilité de la plateforme et la disponibilité des équipes de support, qui répondent rapidement lorsqu’on rencontre un blocage. Cela contribue à une expérience globale sereine. Pros Ce que j’ai le plus apprécié dans DiliTrust Suite, c’est avant tout sa simplicité d’utilisation. L’interface est vraiment intuitive : on trouve rapidement ce dont on a besoin sans passer des heures à chercher dans les menus. J’ai aussi beaucoup aimé la centralisation des documents et des informations juridiques. Tout est regroupé au même endroit, ce qui fait gagner un temps considérable, surtout lorsqu’on travaille avec plusieurs équipes ou filiales. La partie gouvernance et gestion des conseils d’administration est également très fluide : les convocations, les votes, les ordres du jour… tout est automatisé et sécurisé. Enfin, la sécurisation des données est rassurante, surtout pour des informations sensibles : on sent que l’outil est vraiment pensé pour la conformité et la confidentialité. Cons Ce que j’ai le moins apprécié dans DiliTrust Suite, c’est que la prise en main initiale peut être un peu longue, surtout pour les utilisateurs qui n’ont pas l’habitude des outils juridiques ou de gouvernance. Il y a beaucoup de fonctionnalités, ce qui est positif, mais cela peut rendre l’interface un peu dense au début. J’ai également trouvé que certaines personnalisations étaient limitées, notamment dans la mise en forme de certains rapports ou tableaux. On s’adapte, mais on aimerait parfois aller un peu plus loin. Enfin, selon la configuration, les performances peuvent légèrement ralentir lorsqu’on manipule des volumes importants de documents ou de données, même si cela reste gérable. Pros La facilité de créer des événements et de mettre à disposition un grand nombre de documents pour de multiples destinataires. Cons La partie relative à la création de sondage n'est pas très intuitive. Il faut être vigilant pour mettre à jour l'intitulé de l'événement qui n'est pas actualisé dans les champs à compléter. Si cette rubrique pouvait être associée directement à l'événement créé, les champs pourraient être préremplis, ce qui représenterait un gain de temps et serait moins source d'erreurs.
