Je suis très satisfait de la solution Calizy. Elle répond à nos besoins sur les rendez-vous en distanciel comme sur le terrain. L'intégration s'est faite de manière fluide, comme l'adoption de la solution par les utilisateurs. L'outil est facile à prendre en main, l'UX est claire et agréable. Je recommande !

Pros

La disponibilité des équipes, la compréhension des besoins spécifiques, la puissance de la solution et des algos d'optimisation de tournées. Mes interlocuteurs sont totalement à l'écoute et très réactifs. Les équipes commerciales sont satisfaites.

Cons

Sur certains parcours assez complexes, nous aurions apprécié la présence d'une API nous permettant de l'échange de Datas avec Calizy plutôt que l'utilisation systématique des liens "Self-care". Des solutions ont néanmoins été rapidement trouvées par Calizy pour y palier.

calizy est utilisé par des commerciaux dont le public est rarement joignable par téléphone aux horaires de travail : permet aux clients de prendre RDV en selfcare à n'importe quelle heure et jour sur des plages disponibles de leur commercial de secteur ou dans le bureau les jours de présence (augmentation du flux d'activité spontanée). tout le monde a adhéré dès le démarrage !

Pros

très intuitif pour les nouveaux utilisateurs et très pratique pour les nomades. côté client c'est simple et efficace aussi. Le + : une équipe technique hyper réactive, disponible et à l'écoute

Cons

RAS côté calizy mais une attention sur la gestion des événements outlook à avoir pour que la synchronisation se fasse correctement

L’utilisation de Calizy est très satisfaisante. L’outil est simple à prendre en main et agréable à utiliser au quotidien. Il répond bien aux besoins des utilisateurs et permet de travailler plus efficacement, sans complexité inutile. Calizy s’intègre facilement dans les usages existants et apporte une vraie valeur dans la pratique.

Pros

La simplicité d’utilisation et l’ergonomie du logiciel, facilitant une prise en main rapide. L’outil est orienté efficacité et usage réel, ce qui le rend pertinent pour les utilisateurs terrain.

Cons

Aucun inconvénient identifié à ce stade : l’outil répond aux attentes et s’intègre très bien aux usages.

Simple, pratique, efficace. Nous l'utilisons à la fois en direct par nos commerciaux (lien dans leur signature ou lors d'opérations commerciales) et en téléprospection externalisée (le téléprospecteur positionne directement le rendez-vous dans l'agenda de nos commerciaux).

Pros

Le calcul des trajets et l'optimisation directe des tournées. La gestion des canaux de rendez-vous et des compétences par commercial. Pouvoir personnaliser les types de rendez-vous par commercial selon les opérations marketing/commerciales. La synchronisation facile avec Outlook. Le support personnalisé et disponible.

Cons

Pour l'administrateur, certains paramétrages pourraient être simplifiés. Mais l'équipe Calizy est réactive dans l'accompagnement.

Je manipule et assure le suivi fonctionnel de l'outil pour plusieurs populations depuis plusieurs années et tout s'est toujours très bien déroulé.

Pros

Calizy est un outil très intuitif et facile à prendre en main. Il offre plusieurs éléments de paramétrages à la main des utilisateurs très appréciable et garantie une grande autonomie. C'est une solution "clé en main" robuste et très complète.

Cons

Lors de mon utilisation je n'ai pas relevé de points négatifs ou contraignant. Outil réactif et fonctionnel.

Pros

Calizy nous permet une planification efficace et optimisée de nos rendez vous. La fonctionnalité du calcul de temps de trajet est un vrai gain économique pour notre entreprise. Les équipes Calizy sont toujours disponibles et assurent une relation client/fournisseur collaborative et efficace

Cons

Malgré que l'application livrée clé en main est une version efficace je dirai la "rigidité" de l'application dans le sens ou si on souhaite avoir une version adapté aux besoins et fonctionnement de notre entreprise cela passe, quasi automatiquement, par des développements custom qui sont parfois limités.

J'adore à tout point de vue !

Pros

Onboarding rapide et de qualité.La prise en main de l'outil est évidente et l'accompagnement des équipes de Calizy irréprochable.Les rappels de rdv sont très appréciés de mes clients. Quasiment plus jamais de no-shows.La synchronisation du calendrier avec mon agenda outlook est super fluide.

Cons

Le paramétrage du compte est très complet. Peut paraître légèrement verbeux.Une documentation complémentaire ne serait pas de trop pour accompagner ce point.
