Pros
What I like most about the software is its ability to replicate a manual process in the virtual world.
Excellent software! a very different way to help to manage projects, a more visual way... and a philosophy as well, to plan things backwards instead of forward, it is useful to identify risks.
Cons
It will be way more simpler to charge a higher annual fee or monthly fee than complicating things with a "pay for tasks" model, is the only problem.
This is a problem when your clients are predominantly windows oriented, so you have to export to another product to share the plan with them.

"Project Planning is live action now!"
Overall: I had the amazing experience to see the development of OVERgantt from its beginning to now. Seeing what is now being delivered and I am just as excited to see where it will go. This is a tool that will benefit your organization now and will grow to be much more. Enjoy!
Pros: A powerful tool for teams and individuals to fully build and visualize project plans. The flexibility to build baseline plans, multiple scenarios and adjust plans visually. For any project planner who has used a project planning board, this is "the what if" way to have those "sticky notes" live at your fingertips and to adjust freely while updating your entire plan as you do so. The most inclusive project planning tool I have seen or used.
Cons: This will likely be a new experience to many and is an Apple based product so it may take some time to adjust the methodology and platform, but it will be time and money well invested.

"Improve your PM skills more than you can imagine"
Overall: [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is a great people person and is always 3 steps ahead of a question or problem.
Pros: The software makes you stop and think, to include so much more information and considerations, so you end up with maximum flexibility to change your deliverables or respond to impacts out of your control. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has done a brilliant job in creating a foolproof program.
Cons: I saw the software before some valuable updates and shortcuts - you always wish you had those benefits to start with.

"The new kid on the block"
Overall: I am solving two problems. First when I work with clients live projects, this allows me to include remote personnel in the planning meetings and it allows for easy transition into their Project Management software when the plan is completed. Second when training people how to plan, this allows for remote classes to work almost as well as teaching in person.
Pros: What I like most about the software is its ability to replicate a manual process in the virtual world. Where planning was done on whiteboards and everyone in a room, this can be done virtually or in the room with a projector. And as a bonus, you can export the plan into your organizations preferred project management software for reporting, tracking, and integration with other projects.
Cons: Some of the UI is not yet as intuitive as I like. For example: dialog boxes that do not have a default field selected for immediate data entry (requires an extra click). These I expect to improve with new updates.
"OVERGantt Review "
Overall: OVERGantt has a small learning curve and is a powerful planning tool. I will continue to use the product and look forward to seeing how it continues to evolve.
Pros: I really liked the approach to planning a project that this product offers. There are very few if any competing products that offer the visual style end to beginning planning that OVERGantt has implemented and it is compatible to the way that I like to plan projects.
Cons: This product works well for folks on an apple platform, however currently is not available for windows users. This is a problem when your clients are predominantly windows oriented, so you have to export to another product to share the plan with them. Fortunately, the product exports to windows based project management packages.

"Planning from the end to the start"
Overall: Excellent software! a very different way to help to manage projects, a more visual way... and a philosophy as well, to plan things backwards instead of forward, it is useful to identify risks!
Pros: It allows you to visually understand the different relationships between tasks, and to really "see" the critical path
Cons: The fee structure... is a structure for videogames I have to be very honest. It will be way more simpler to charge a higher annual fee or monthly fee than complicating things with a "pay for tasks" model, is the only problem. And, a windows version is needed for sure! and a free "reader" so the client can see and manipulate with limitations a project in OVERGantt without the need to purchase (can be something added to the fee structure of the main buyer, something like with ONE license, you can assign and manage 5 free viewers)

"The ideal tool for project planning that also facilitates testing scenarios when addressing change"

Cons: Nothing negative to write about a long awaited solution to project planning

"OVERGantt is a paradigm shift in the world of project planning, scheduling and tracking. "
Overall: I am excited to get OVERGantt implemented on many more projects within our portfolio
Pros: Intuitive with the ability to integrate and validate MPP schedules
Cons: None at this time. The one feature I felt would be a game changer was fully embraced and lead to the addition of the capability to import MS Project files, validate them and convert them into a very compelling user experience.

"Great Visualization Tool"
Pros: Allows you to re-create the white-board dependency chart project planning process on a computer.
Cons: Would be nice to have this produce available in the Windows environment as well.

"Great for project planners and managers!"
Overall: I really like using it for planning and training others on how to build an effective execution plan.
Pros: Very easy to setup and use. Great visual of the execution plan of a project and an effective tool for planning with all team members and stakeholders.
Cons: Takes a little time to learn but not bad compared to other software. Use on a MAC or iPad is pretty easy.

"Planning made easy and accessible "
Pros: That I can switch from traditional physical board planning that takes up my office space to a mobile digital version I can access on iOS and my MacBook Pro. Great to demonstrate planning techniques for clients online.
Cons: Relatively new to the app but like anything there’s an adjustment period to get familiar with the flow of clicks within the app, look forward to future fine tuning and other user generated feedback that I may not think of.
