I love being able to see our content side-by-side with competitors’ content, just the way our prospects see it. Cons I wish I could see a little more of the email content from competitors since it's a big part of our strategy. Pros Ease of use and daily updates. Being able to see my competitors and what they are doing without having to go to everyone's sights. Cons Content that does not apply. Pleased with the overall experience thus far. Pros I like that at a quick glance, I can see how we are stacking up against competitors. There are clear "cards" that show different things tracked. But if I want more, I can also take a deeper dive. Seeing the percentage of how well one of our social posts is performing, and compared to competitors, etc., is very useful. I also like that there is general industry news included at the bottom of my digest, in case something grabs my interest. Cons I can't think of anything yet so far that is negative.
