Pros My favorite aspect of Chipax is the fact that it has multiple reporting tools that can vary in extensiveness and provide the best information about our financial statements, depending on the clasification we choose and the importance of it. I also like that it has real time monitoring, which means that it is monitoring our transactions the entire time and it updates our data constantly, making things easier for us by not having to manually put all the information, which often resulted in errors due to the human nature of it. I find that Chipax is versatile, an all-in-one finance management solution that also provides bank reconciliation, which works great and it makes the process of preparing the statements way easier with just a few clicks away. The automation of Chipax is a very important part of what makes the software special, because it ensures that we save time on tasks that would take hours to complete otherwise and it helps us focus our energy into our actual projects, while Chipax takes charge of the financial processes. Cons Even though Chipax provides a great automated service, there are still tasks that we have to do manually. I would like to see more automated features coming up in the next updates as I feel like they would heavily benefit my team. Other than that, I also would like to see more customization on the invoices that can be created as different clients pay in different options. Pros One of the main things that I like about Chipax is that this software allows me to monitor in real time each of the expenses that are made within our financial environment, it is important for us to know in real time everything that our employees spend on remodeling of properties and in the purchase of new properties, with the help of linking payments that this software has with each one of the expenses that are made every hour. Pros Ha ayudado a automatizar procesos, a tenerlo en la nube, de manera ordenada y consolidado documentos físicos con los movimientos bancarios, además de tener junto conciliación - presupuesto - control. Cons Tiene varias cosas que mejorar, como por ejemplo el frormato en que se descarga el reporte de conciliación bancaria, no permite hacer tablas dinámicas al tener celdas combinadas. En el mismo reporte, no aparece el detalle de lo gastado con la tarjeta de crédito, sólo aparece el total gastado. No permite ingresar un forecast, con lo cual el presupuesto original rápidamente queda obsoleto. No permite descargar la comparación del presupuesto con el flujo de caja. No compara el ppto con el flujo de caja. No incluye lo pagado en USD en flujo de caja en peso, teniendo el dato de la conversión en peso utilizada para el pago, eso hace que hayq ue verlo en el fjulo de caja en dólares. No permite descargar el presupuesto ni el RO. Al seleccionar el RO vs ppto, hace mensualmente el cálculo del ppto vs RO y la variación, pero no da la variación acumulativa. (Por ejemplo enero, febrero, marzo, total. Todo esto ppto vs RO y su desviación) Tanto en flujo de caja como en RO, no aparece el costo empresa del profesional, dejando el ítem impuesto a parte. Podría uno desglosar la porción de impuesto que corresponde a cada profesional, así como se hace con previred. Todo esto para que sea comparable al presupuesto.
