Pros

In a small business every penny counts. Waltzin not only makes us money, it saves us money.

Cons

It would be great if the software synched with our POS system.

Their team both is knowledgeable and highly responsive. Any time I needed help updating our site they took the time to show me how to make the necessary changes.

Pros

Easy to use interface for both our customers and our team. Waltzin software seamlessly enables us to receive payments for orders directly through our website giving us the ability to bypass 3rd party ordering marketplaces which charge high fees. The menu customizability is very intuitive and changes can be made in realtime.

Cons

The software is great, there are not any features that the software did not include that we need

Like most restaurants, we're always hesitant to add another fixed monthly cost, but WaltzIn has been well worth the investment. While we've seen our private bookings increase, it's also never been easier to manage events and notably, it ensures that we secure hold parties billing info on file and (if guests would like it) we can charge them without dropping a bill at the end of the event.

Pros

While there is a fixed monthly fee, I appreciate that there is no percentage or commission charge for each booking. It's helpful that prospective guests can view the availability of our private room without inquiring (as well as view photos and our various packages).

Cons

We've had very small issues (truly very small), like previously not having the functionality to switch the "host contact" info for an existing booking, but they are super responsive and always address any concerns immediately.
