The continuous improvement and problem solving is a big need in our organizations and Resolve gives us the process and the framework

Pros

It has made it easy for me to follow up with issue/solution owners to make sure that issues get resolved and solutions are implemented.

Cons

I have been using IMS for more than 6 months and any time I have had any problems, I have communicated with their customer support and get fix that issue ASAP.

Pros

This software is great in the fact that requires all the steps to be completed so very thorough and detailed solutions are generated and recorded.

Cons

The cues to move on to the next step are not always intuitive but after a few trips through the process it is manageable.

Overall I am very happy with the software. I am able to easily see what is happening with problems within our company and see that they get resolved.

Pros

It has allowed our company to bring all issues / problems into one system that all key team members are able to use. We are actively working to solve our businesses most important problems.

Cons

Any time we have had an issue or improvement we have been able to work with the developer to make improvements.
