Evaluated Caliber's RTT alongside other brand/reputation metrics tools to monitor stakeholder perceptions and inform marketing, communication and programming decisions. Caliber's tool was easy to navigate and export data from, and was more flexible in terms of determining what questions/metrics are included, how many interviews are conducted every week, which benchmarks are included etc.

Pros

Super easy to set up, very user-friendly and easy to navigate, allows download of all raw data making it fully transparent with no black box calculations, flexibility that allows us to add our own metrics and decide our desired sample size, good value for money

Cons

Would be nice to have easy integration with other data analytics software/tools (currently only available through an API solution that requires back-end integration)
