We have multiple departments who use GoTo and we rarely have any conflicts. Pros The fact that we have set meeting rooms that have their own links that do not change.This makes including new people super easy! Cons Not everyne is familiar and sometimes have har time joning. Often have to walk invitees through the steps. This is usually a user issue not a platform one but still cause some issues. The system works great.
