Overall our reporting ability has now improved significantly and our process flows are much smoother leading to less human error

Pros

Compucare 8 is a much more user friendly version than 7. I particularly favour the flexibility of fields within various screens now so that information can be tailored to each companies requirements.

Cons

In the early versions, there are an awful lot of bugs but thankfully these have been taken care of within future upgrades.
