### "Still Learning how to work all the Features"

BanKoe has some really good field techs that are great to work with.

Pros

We are still working out the bugs, however, the fob management/control of all issued fobs and the operations log is very helpful as well.

Cons

Customer Service Issues seem to have lag time. Global Support states that someone will contact you on the day you send in a work ticket, however, that rarely happens. Sometimes I have to follow up with them to get an answer.

Reason for choosing VIDIX Control

Good Salesman that was willing to meet as many times as needed and to make sure all my questions were answered.

### "vIDIX Control "

Very good. I have and would highly recommend this system to others.

Pros

The technician that helped set our system up was wonderful. He made sure we had a good understanding of how to use and program before he left.

Cons

Change in general. We went from a key system to a badge system. It took our tenants a while to get used to a new system but the now love it.

Currently researching other options with new healthcare facility on the horizon.

Pros

Nothing. This was the system in place when I started at this location.

Cons

Not the most user friendly system to operate. Has been nothing but negative feedback from any staff member who has ever worked with the system. Equipment failures of video components, unable to get replacements in a timely manner if at all. Always another upgrade cost to make system operate.

### "compare two systems"

I prefer it over our other system regarding setting up staff and doors. I do not like the report creation.

Pros

We currently use vlDix for a couple of buildings and a different system for a couple of others. The difference I see is it is really easy to add multiple access in vlDix.

Cons

Reports are not easy to get, I feel I have to create a new report every time not just update the previous report.

### "Happy with VIDix"

I really like when they instituted the VIDix Identify which made submitting the photos for the employee badges very simple.

Pros

The safety aspect of knowing who is in the building and the ease in submitting a picture photo for employee badges. The support staff have also been very helpful in taking care of issues that come up.

Cons

Personally I do not understand all aspect of the system but what I use I really like.

### "software seems unfinished badging software is just bad. "

The installation took longer than expected; small things kept popping up. the electrical contractor had issues communicating when installing. The server side went well, and the computer setup went well. strange licensing issues kept popping up.

Pros

The system breaks down less than the old system.

Cons

Service calls take way too long. For weeks, we had doors not working. Service staff that come on-site are not sure what they are doing. The annual service contract was a ridiculously high price.

Adequate. As we expand the use we will learn more.

Pros

QR code drives ease of access. relative ease of use.

Cons

Sometimes unable to "accept" and save. The one time the website certificate expired caused significant issues and loss of credibility. I had to expend a significant amount of my time address and reassuring people their information was safe.
