Pros

The company I'm a part of uses Verbit for video captioning and transcription. There turnaround time is excellent, often less time than what we're paying for (so we're often getting a better deal than we pay for) and their customer service is stellar. Anytime we've encountered issues, the team at Verbit tries to assist as quickly and as thoroughly as possible.

Cons

Occasionally a few words are misspelled, but that's my only "complaint."

Overall experience, Verbit is one from my favorite transcription and captioning software but it need several developments to be the top software that i only choose among other software

Pros

Auto Transcription and Speech Recognition features are the most liked in Verbit

The permissions that is asked a lot of times

I have cherished every bit of journey that I have been with Verbit. It has been an awesome experience!

Pros

I appreciate how verbit acquires reliable transcriptions from organic users and not generic content from AI.

Cons

Verbit registration and new users onboarding is quite challenging.
