If you are building mobile apps and you want a one stop stop for everything - do yourself a favor and use Adapty.

Pros

They understand SaaS. They understand mobile. I'm working with them for years - easy the best service I've paid for.

Cons

I can't keep up with all the new features they are adding. But for real, I can't say nothing bad on the team or the product.

Overall, our experience with Adapty has been positive. The platform covers many important subscription management and monetization needs in one place: paywalls, onboarding, experiments, segmentation, and analytics. It is especially useful for teams that want to move fast and test different monetization hypotheses. We also appreciate the market and niche analytics that Adapty provides, as we use these insights as benchmarks for our own product and monetization work. There is still room for improvement in advanced analytics and user filtering, but the product is valuable for our workflow, and the recent improvement in customer support makes the experience much better.

Pros

Adapty gives us a strong set of tools for managing subscriptions and improving monetization. We use it to analyze subscription performance, create custom user segments, run A/B tests, build onboarding flows and paywalls, and review cohort analytics. These features help us make more data-driven product decisions. Also, during the last two months, the support team has become much more responsive and helpful, and the quality of answers has improved noticeably.

Cons

I would like to see more flexibility in filtering the app user database. For example, it would be helpful to have more advanced filters and easier ways to work with user-level data. Another useful improvement would be the ability to use two-level group by for key analytics charts, so teams could analyze performance across more detailed segments without exporting data.

The service is evolving fast and ships great new features regularly. I also enjoy the mobile community events the company organises offline.

Cons

Sometimes updates go unnoticed and the new interface changes and new metrics shipped cause confusion.

Solid choice if you run subscriptions on iOS/Android. Saved us a ton of engineering hours and we ship paywall changes weekly now without a release.

Pros

Setting up paywalls without bugging our dev team every time is honestly the main reason we got it. SDK was straightforward to plug in. Support team replied within a few 'minutes' when we had an issue. Also, A/B testing is incredibly easy. Dashboard is clean, we can get all analytics we need super fast.

Cons

Still feel like the paywall template library could be bigger. Would love to see new templates shipped every week to be honest.

Overall our experience with Adapty has been great. We use it daily across multiple mobile apps and it saved us a lot of time compared to building subscription infrastructure ourselves. Setup was easier then expected, documentation is clear, and the platform feels very mature and stable. We also really appreciate how responsive the team is. It doesn’t feel like “just another SaaS”, they actually communicate with users and listen to feedback. After 2 years of usage we can definitely recommend Adapty for mobile app teams working with subscriptions and in-app purchases.

Pros

We’ve been using Adapty for around 2 years now with our team of 8 people, and honestly it became one of the most reliable tools in our workflow. The API is really well designed, integrations are smooth, and it supports all the platforms we need. The servers are stable and fast, which is super important for subscription apps. But probably the biggest advantage is their support team. Every time we had questions or some urgent issue, they replied very quickly and actually tried to help instead of sending generic answers. You can feel that they care about the product and customers.

Cons

There honestly isn’t much to complain about. Sometimes we wished some analytics features or dashboard improvements came a bit faster, but overall the experience has been very positive for us.

It is relatively easy to integrate and the console is very powerful. They integrate very well with the app stores.

Cons

The Customer Support expectations for a Pro+ account was "Priority Chat Support". However, during a blocking outage, the rate of new messages from support was roughly once per every 24 hours.

\- Great customer service, who will come to help 24/7, even if our mistakes cause problems - Easy setup for a developer. I did it a long time ago, and since then, it works perfectly - Advanced user analytics dashboard with charts, and I can see at a glance if the new version converts better to the paid plan

Pros

Well-written documentation that will answer any question you may have. And the most relevant thing is the ability to test in-app purchase prices without app releases. It’s all a definite time-saver. Also, AB tests and advanced analytics are straightforward to set up.

Cons

Adapty used to be able to send push notifications to unsubscribed users, but now they no longer support that feature. But the good news is that they would do a link with another service. It will be exciting for us.
