Many corporates integrate expensive, complex tracking and safety software through their overall TMC offering. Locate is much more user friendly.

Pros

Geo fencing and simple alert system. Locate is a great option compared to more expensive, established business travel industry alternatives.

Cons

Locate comes from a security background rather than a business travel perspective. As more travellers use this technology, it will need to develop additional functionality as the business travel landscape is constantly undergoing change.

A fantastic and flexible tool that supports us in the safe operations of our business. Highly recommend to anyone looking to safely track and communicate with their employers

Pros

Ease and flexibility of use, the mass notification system, integration across different software platforms, reasonable and flexible pricing, hands free alerts etc., could write more, it does what it says on the tin and supports us to uphold both the legal and moral duty of care requirements of our teams and associates.

Cons

As far as I’m concerned this app supports us fully, there maybe other things required in the future but as it stands it meets all our requirements

Working in the Higher Education sector with the need to travel worldwide constantly, Locate Global provided the necessary technology and peace of mind required. It was easy to set-up and use; and helped colleagues monitor my travels within various countries. It provided real-time updates of my itinerary and location as and when required, whilst providing updates on the local situations.

Pros

Easy to use. Reliable. Provided the necessary peace of mind when travelling. Hands-on approach from the team.

Cons

For what was required, there was nothing I would change.
