DokuWiki est un logiciel que je recommande pour la mise en place de base documentaire de petite taille ou limitée à un petit périmètre.

Pros

DokuWiki est très facile à installer, ne nécessite ni un serveur ultra-puissant ni une base de données MySql comme son plus grand concurrent MediaWiki. Il est très facile à administrer et de nombreuses extensions viennent combler ses lacunes.

Cons

DokuWiki a pour moins deux inconvénients : Par rapport à Confluence ou Notion, il est plus complexe à prendre en main. C'est une génération de produit en arrière. Beaucoup d'extensions sont abandonnées et ne sont plus maintenues. Il est difficile de s'y retrouver.

We use dokuwiki for all our documents avoid using server files. We developed some plugins to show some information from our databases

Pros

easy of use , very much plugins to add funcionality

Cons

I think that the editing and creation of new pages must be more easy

Pros

Dokuwiki allows you to create a wiki in your website and update it frequently.

Cons

Everything in that program looks a little dated.
