Néanmoins, le vocabulaire "wiki" comme les espaces de noms par exemple pourrait en rebuter certains. C'est un bon outil mais pas forcément pour tous les projets. Je le recommande si vous avez beaucoup de contenu à partager ou besoin de fonctionnalités avancées. Pros MediaWiki est connu, très utilisé car Wikipedia repose dessus. Il permet de gérer de grandes bases de connaissances de façon efficace et performante. L'intégration d'images et autres médias est facile et l'outil est évolutif grâce à des extensions et des thèmes. Un grand avantage aussi, c'est sa gratuité et sa facilité d'installation. Cons Ce logiciel est assez lourd. Pour une petite base de connaissance, il vaut mieux privilégier DokuWiki par exemple. It made employees realize the importance of the tool, generating greater involvement of the team as a whole. The tool allowed us to better understand our day-to-day and generate more efficient and dynamic processes. Pros It is built on a very simple and popular stack known as LAMPhp and practically anyone in the IT area with internet knowledge will find it easy to install and manage the application. Cons Despite being simple and straightforward in the end, it was not without maintenance processes such as updating and backup, which ended up taking a certain amount of time from the IT team. It's a nice introduction to wiki software, but I think Confluence wins it for me. Pros It's free to use, the best in class for a long time. It's super easy to get up to speed with using it since it's been around for so long. Lots of tutorials online. Cons They really haven't put a lot of effort into upgrading the base software.
