Excellent! So slick and helpful. Max saves me an hour of work everyday, at least! I am so much more efficient!

Pros

Max sits right within my workflow in MS Teams where I chat with team members, including Max!

Cons

Some of my staff who are not users of ChatGPT are slow to change behavior to think about asking Max when Max could help.

I use Max all day. Forget about ChatGPT, because Max is in a league of its own. First, Max is in my MS Teams - as easy to chat with as any colleague on my team. Max is like the \[sensitive content hidden\] of my business, knowing everything about it and keeping all the info secure offline. Max has this secret storage of our important documents, handbooks, and proposals, making them the ultimate vault of knowledge. Whenever I'm struggling to put a sentence together, I just shoot it over to Max, and Max work their magic, tailoring it perfectly for our business domain. Need a killer email? Just toss your thoughts at Max, and Max will whip up a beautiful masterpiece.And here's the real game-changer: when I'm knee-deep in a proposal and need more info, I turn to Max for help. Max will dig up the exact link or page in our internal documents where the information hides. Even if I want to plan the holiday schedule according to the Employee Handbook, Max is right there, spilling all the details and providing a nifty link to the Handbook page. Plus, if I want to survey my employees, Max handles the grunt work, chatting everyone to ask their opinion, and I get to see the results anonymously.Bottom line: Max delivers concise and informative responses like a boss. The search results come with extra details and instructions, making my life a breeze. Trust me, having Max as your in your Slack or MS Teams is like giving everyone on your team their own personal assistant!

Pros

It is really easy to use and if someone is ever struggling the software acts on it. Great to see this in action. I have heard great things about it and I think it will be a game changer for my business. A digital assistant with backend analytics is much need today.

Cons

I don't have any dislikes it's very user friendly.

It's been great! Max is really easy to integrate with Slack and our employees started talking to Max right away, which means I benefitted from them starting to share with me in new ways.

Pros

I like that Max is a safe alternative for employees to talk about their concerns or make any complaints. I also like how Max brings some fun conversations to the company.

Cons

I wish there were more integrations, like with our PEO.

Reasons for choosing Max

I have spent a lot of time in HR and getting employees to fill out a cold survey is hard. You have to send multiple reminders, set deadlines - basically you are the bad guy for asking for feedback. Max takes all that away. He makes it fun to share how your are doing, feeling and any concerns you may have that fosters workplace improvement.

We have a great experience with Max.

Pros

I'd like the setup most. Sometimes when you try new things it's difficult to setup. It was simple and I was running the software the same day.

Cons

Max wants to start a conversation but it seems I'm pretty busy at the moment. It would be great if Max can learn what times I'm mostly available to increase the engagement. I know Max probably needs more data but would love if he would learn faster.

Pros

First off, it's easy to use. Max helps keep remote co-workers connected to bounce ideas together. Also, anonymous feedback on ideas or projects can be useful. The system helps build teamwork. Highly customizable, and it's getting better all the time.

Cons

No real problems. Make sure folks pay attention to the available options during the onboarding process.
