Great Experience and Service. The interface is clean and intuitive. It’s easy to access, update, and manage records in real time.

Pros

Outstanding! The support team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful. They made the onboarding process smooth and continue to provide exceptional assistance.

Cons

Sometimes the system can feel a bit slow when handling large amounts of data, and a few features could be more customizable. However, the support team is always quick to help, so it hasn’t been a big issue.

Our experience of using 20x has been positive. The support that was available throughout using the portal made a huge difference.

Pros

The dedicated staff team who were available for support round the clock. This made a difference especially whilst the portal was being developed. It's easy to navigate once you have had the training and the team are always there to help. Especially Pavi & Vincy.

Cons

There wasn't anything that I could fault. Though the app was being developed at the time we joined, it offered more than what we needed at the time.

Overall experience with 20X so far is Good.

Pros

User Friendly, very efficient for compliance & Recruitment, also good for auditing purposes in healthcare recruitment sector.

Cons

Can't complaint anything. We are still exploring further options within the 20X but I think team is really helpful to make any changes if require

Overall we have been happy with the software, although we are not using it's full capabilities and features.

Pros

It is very good for for initial shortlisting stage, and for collecting staff documents and trainings. Good for keeping up with compliance for staff.

Cons

There are no training videos so we can learn the software in our own time. Some of the features are not user friendly, not easy to use with training.
