O Iliot é um sistema muito simples de navegar independentemente do usuário o que facilita o aprendizado. Minha opinião acerca do Iliot é que não há um sistema que eu conheça hoje de fácil acesso como ele.

O Sistema possui uma grande escala de informações e armazenamento de dados específicos do segmento com o qual trabalhamos, o que facilita muito na emissão das ordens de serviço.

Cons

Somente é necessário pequenos ajustes no layout do relatórios que são emitidos.

No geral é um ótimo software de gestão de ativos e emissão de ordens de serviço vinculado a planos de manutenção. Boa assistência do desenvolvedor no dia a dia e a praticidade de coletar informações dos técnicos via smartphones.

Pros

Praticidade da Internet para o registro das informações, sendo de fácil navegação entre telas. Muito prático e assertivo no planejamento de datas futuras.

Cons

Não ter um módulo nativo de consolidação de horas HH por ordens de serviço.
