Have implemented it with several organisations with no issues. Impressed with the customer service - always quick to get back on any questions. Pros Easy to use, clients understand the process to update risks very quickly, hosted in a secure cloud environment and 'open' (you can export your data so not tied into the platform if you decided to move at a later time) Cons Nothing serious. Would be good to have an option to reuse/share risk treatments, that may be in a future release. Reasons for choosing InfoSaaS Other products that were evaluated required a (virtual) server to be maintained or had a pricing structure that wasn't cost effective for small organisations. It allowed to cut by months the effort required to have a correct process in place for our compliance goals. Pros The effort required to start using the product is almost zero and it's very easy to track the current status and outstanding tasks to watch your organization's compliance. Cons We missed some feature and some customization options, but when we raised it with their support team, they quickly attended our requests and detailed how they fit in their roadmap. Switched from [IT Glue](https://www.capterra.com/p/170401/ITGlue/) InfoSaaS is much easier to deploy and maintain and to get the work we required for compliance done. Pros The benefits of oversight and working to support clients from a secure cloud solution. The risk management component is the feature most used by Northdown Systems, and the ease of assessing security controls again a wide range of threats and vulnerabilities (risks) is easy for our clients to learn and understand. The automated Statement of Applicability required by ISO27001 also saves significant time and effort. Cons Nothing to note ... some integration with our clients's ISO9001/QMS systems would be beneficial, although we have just learnt that this will be introduced during the next release.
