Overall, our experience with Sharvy has been very positive. It has helped us bring order, transparency and fairness to parking management, which has a direct impact on employee satisfaction. Sharvy is a solid, reliable solution that keeps improving over time, and it’s clear that customer feedback plays a real role in how the product evolves. I would definitely recommend it to medium and large organizations looking for an efficient and employee‑friendly way to manage parking and mobility.

Pros

What I like most about Sharvy is how easy it makes managing a usually tricky topic like corporate parking. The app is intuitive, clear and straightforward, both for employees booking a spot and for administrators managing the rules behind the scenes. Another big plus is the Sharvy team itself. The support and Customer Success teams are approachable, responsive and genuinely interested in understanding your needs. Whenever we’ve had questions or improvement ideas, they’ve been open to discussing them and proposing practical solutions.

Cons

There are some more complex scenarios (especially in fast‑growing companies or with very specific allocation rules) where additional flexibility or customization would be helpful. That said, Sharvy is evolving constantly, and these topics are usually welcomed as input for future product improvements rather than being ignored.

L'expérience a été très satisfaisante mais le projet de service en Flex office n'a pas été confirmé : dommage car Sharvy répondait complètement au besoin

très simple de paramétrage et d'utilisation interface intuitive relation commerciale très qualitative

Cons

l'utilisation en multisites nécessite de changer d'environnement : un accès unique aurait été préférable

L'application est assez agréable à utiliser. La méthode de réservation est plutôt claire et intuitive.

Pour ce faire, rendez-vous dans votre espace administrateur &gt; Paramètres généraux &gt; Paramètres d'algorithme et modifiez la méthode d'attribution des places. Cote utilisateur : parfait Côté Admin : j’aimerai pouvoir avoir la possibilité d’avoir chaque jour par mail un fichier Excel avec toutes les réservations, avoir le nombre de places réservées par mois par un utilisateur ou propriétaire de place, etc.

Simplicité d’utilisation pour les utilisateurs

Cons

En tant qu’Administrateur, il y a des points d’amélioration. Exemple : lorsqu’une place est déjà réservée, le message d’alerte n’est pas suffisamment visible.

Plus de 400 collaborateurs anxieux et stressé de ne pas avoir de places de stationnement facilement après le déménagement du site ! Un travail préalable d’équipes en amont pour mettre en place des ordres de priorités mais un accès au parking à tous ! Je pense que nous avons fait l’unanimité avec cet outil !

Pros

User friendly ! Tout est Simple que cela soit dans la création du compte que dans l’utilisation ! La pédagogie des équipes et leur travail de fond pour être dans les temps en matière de livraison de la solution malgré les aléas !

Cons

Pas grand chose ! Peut être encore plus de solutions pour faire des sous parking ou aller plus loin dans les statistiques même pour l’utilisateur final mais cette solution est déjà géniale ! Peu être avoir des partenariats avec des groupes privés de parking acceptant la mise en place de la détection de plaques et de la solution dans son ensemble il i je une homogénéité sur tous nos parking !

pour un gestionnaire de site, utiliser MCS c'est augmenter de 30% la fréquentation des ressources à partager. Nous n'avons que 113 places mais elles sont partagées à 300 collaborateurs sur le site. Les règles sont simples, claires et acceptées par tous (accompagnement pour établir les règles, les communications). Avec le covid, la nécessité de mieux gérer les plannings de présence et de partage des places en cafétéria ou parking a été primordial pour assurer la sécurité et le confort des collaborateurs.

Pros

Facilité de développement auprès des utilisateurs qui ont pris en main très facilement l'appli, accompagnement des services support hyper réactif et performant, coût raisonnable.

Cons

Etanchéité des communautés demandeurs et titulaires de places : tend à rendre les titulaires frileux pour libérer leurs places, il faudrait développer la possibilité de basculer en demandeur lorsqu'un imprévu oblige à venir au bureau pour avoir une autre place.

La simplicité d'usage et de mise en oeuvre.

Cons

Les problèmes que nous avons rencontrés sont d'ordre humain à 90%. Problème de compréhension dans l'utilisation. Les points à améliorer : verrouiller l'usage du bouton "ouvrir" à un seul utilisateur. Si je réserve (en tant qu'utilisateur) ma place, le bouton ouvrir peut me permettre d'ouvrir à d'autres. Modifier le calendrier en jours glissants et non sur 2 semaines figés

I enjoy the user XP with useful features (for example, my reminders can be display on my smartwatch when i enter the parking lot), and it brings our team together with a great spirit : we share more and everybody benefits from it!

Cons

I don't know... maybe we could share more informations via the app or the notifications (just an idea).
