Loved the product that you had we have been using it for automation and workflows for a year now

Fast and Cheap and easy to use as they have helped me out lot in doing ai automation workflows and various other tasks

Cons

Usability had been a issue as sometimes it gets difficult to understand the way it works and a little more easier dashboard will be better

For someone new to using a system like this, it was a little bit confusing. But after using it for a while, it was very easy to understand

Pros

Like Zapier. It was easy to use and work with many of the programs that I needed it to interact with.

Cons

I had a little difficulty setting up some of the programs with pabbly, but I did get it to work.It just took a little bit of time

It's been fantastic and is now my go-to automation tool. It integrates with pretty much everything, either by native integration or webhook.

Pros

It is as good as, if not better than, Zapier. There are no recurring fees. It is continuously developed, and very few, if any, people have bad words to say about it in the Web Development Community.

Cons

All automation tools have a learning curve, and Pabbly is no different. However, the tutorials are great, and the interface itself is very intuitive.

Pabbly Connect bietet eine umfangreiche Palette an Schnittstellen an welche man miteinander kombinieren kann um die Arbeit zu erleichtern. Wenn es Fragen oder Unklarheiten gibt was eher selten vorkommt, da alles in den Videos erklärt wird, wonach man sucht, steht einem der Support, sehr schnell beiseite und bekommt meist auf Anhieb eine Lösung seines Problems.

Pros

Pabbly bietet eine enorme Anzahl an verschiedenen Schnittstellen an welche man damit mit der "wenn, dann" - Funktion verknüpfen kann. Ich habe im Monat 10.000 Tasks und damit einige Automatisierungen verbunden welche mir sehr viel Zeit und Arbeit sparen. Es gibt für alle Schnittstellen eine Anleitung und wie man diese damit verbinden kann. Damit hat Pabbly meiner Meinung nach einen sehr großen Meilenstein gelegt, es so einfach wie möglich zu machen, seine Software oder Tools zu automatisieren. Ich kann Pabbly jedem empfehlen, welcher nicht nur Geld, sondern auch Zeit und Nerven sparen möchte.

Cons

Ich habe bisher keine schlechten Erfahrungen machen können, um zu sagen, was bis jetzt nicht funktioniert hat.

I like automation part as they have so many third party application so it becomes so easy.

i like automation part most importatly as i like spreadsheet part mostly.

Only app creation part is little bit difficult.

They try to do too much with their product trying to be everything to everyone. Whoever designed the UX was clearly not a business owner with how many hoops you had to jump through to get a simple automation created. The support is subpar.

Pros

They attempt to provide all the necessary tools in one.

Cons

It was difficult to use. The UX is not user friendly and required us to contact support multiple times to get the product setup right. It just wasn't intuitive with how they designed it.

Overall, it’s a solid tool, but the rigid policy on account management is a big drawback.

Pros

Pabbly Connect does its job efficiently when it comes to automating workflows and integrating different apps. It’s straightforward to use and gets the work done reliably.

Cons

Inflexible with account management: I needed to change the email address associated with my account since I am closing my business domain, but Pabbly refused to accommodate this request. Their advice? Keep paying for my mail server and domain annually just so no one else can access my account. This is unreasonable and inconvenient, especially for users transitioning domains or closing businesses. The lack of flexibility here makes me question their customer service and concern for their users' needs.

Overall great experience. Zapier is way more expensive than Pabbly.

Pros

1\. Fair price 2. Good community on Facebook 3. I can integrate almost all the platforms that I need 4. Good amounts of YouTube videos during the learning curve

Cons

1\. No live support (can't blame them). Hopefully, someday they will do that. 2. Bugs (very minimal). All the platforms have bugs so I can't complain as long as they fix them.

Overall, Pabbly Connect is a great alternative to Zapier because I can automate hundreds of tasks for a fraction of the price.

Pros

Pabbly Connect makes it easy for me to automate multiple tasks across my business. By automating repetitive tasks, I have more time to do more important things in my business. It's like having a cheaper, more accurate virtual assistant.

Cons

Compared to Zapier, Pabbly can be a little more difficult to set up. The UI isn't as intuitive, and building your first automations can be a little confusing. Once you get the hang of it, you'll never look back.
