Es de fácil acceso, tiene los recursos que necesito para hacer los cambios e ingreso de nueva información. La interacción con otros usuarios es excelente, el diseño es muy amigable y versátil. Me encantan las actualizaciones porque piensan en nuestras necesidades.

COSTO ....... en una plataforma MUY COMPLETA y a un costo SUPER COMPETITIVO , donde no solo puedes manejar tu oficina virtualmente sino que INCLUYE herramientas poderosas de comercialización como mensajería , pagina web , entre otras . 3. CALIDAD ..... Un software SEGURO programado con las necesidades actuales para nuestro negocio 4. SOPORTE .... Asistencia rapida y clara para cualquier pregunta , también abiertos a cualquier sugerencia que se pudiera dar para mejorar el software.

Lo mas que me gusta del software que no es para nada difícil.

Cons

Lo menos que me ha gustado en mi experiencia cuando entro la información de una persona y No la puedo terminar por cualquier razón cuando entro otro día a terminarla tengo que hacerla desde 0.

Ha sido muy buena y es una herramienta fácil de manejar.

Pros

Con Apizeal puedo monitorear y llevar el conteo y organizadamente mi cartera de clientes, ademas de poder hacer envíos masivos de mensajes y felicitaciones.

Cons

Que no puedo responder directamente a mis clientes cuando solicitan un Quote o cuando dejan sus mensajes.

La principal ayuda o el principal problema resuelto al utilizar Apizeal es el manejo y control de la data de los Clientes, así como mantener actualizadas las diferentes acciones que se realizan como servicio para cada cliente. Mantener un registro de cada acuerdo manejado con el cliente favorece enormemente la efectividad de tu labor.

Pros

El software cumple la función de Asistente y Archivo Digital, donde se puede crear un archivo personalizado para cada cliente, facilitando las funciones de Atención al Cliente.

Cons

Es difícil definir en forma inmediata cual pudiera ser un contra. Por el tiempo que tenemos utilizandolo, hasta ahora ha sido una herramienta primordial en nuestro día a día.
