I can limit the access to my videos to specific URLs and make it a lot harder for someone to pirate my content. If you need fast, secure video hosting, Vadoo is a good choice. Much better than self-hosting videos. I'm amazed by how better is the performance of VDO hosting. And I can import directly from VIMEO. The process of uploading the videos is straightforward and fast. You can modify the color and icon of your player to match your brand. And the player includes sec forward and backward. In my opinion, Vadoo is currently the best solution available on the market in terms of price and quality. So I'm happy to buy it. Pros I like most about this software is that I can upload a Free Ad video and audios for my courses and marketing purposes. It works fast and the CTA feature helps to get leads. Cons In my personal case I use plutio so I tried to embed the vadoo video to the plutio wiki for internal documentation and process but it did not work well since it is not compatible. Currently I use it as a storage for video’s in my test phase adn smaller website , but in the near future I’m going to start with an online course and I know I’ve found my partner for good and reliable video hosting, with no link to another platform or distractions to other video’s. Pros I've been surprised by Vadoo Player and the supporting team since the start. The product was good when I bought it, but the weekly improvements are what impress me the most. The product gets better and better every day. There is a very good communication between the developers and the community, the roadmap is clear and there is a listening ear for the requests ofusers. Cons There can be minor glitches after an update. If there would be a minor issue or a question regarding the features or if a minor glitch appears , the communication in the Facebook group is excellent and a search for the solution is immediately started and the problem is quickly found. Mastermind as an Upsell \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] This is an 8 min. video and the 2nd. project I made. I found Vadoo very easy to setup and use. Pros I liked that it let me use my brand colors, add my logo, a watermark, choose the shape and color of the play button and it was very easy to just add a link for the call to action button. Cons I would like to add Google Tag, LinkedIn Tag & Facebook Pixel. Vadoo has HLS encryption and white labeling, which are premium options I need for my video courses. Cons The design of Vadoo video player is a little too plain. The there are several features still being built out, but the current features were easily enough for us to move our clients off Vimeo Pro. Pros Very easy switch from Vimeo. We have been able to save our clients money, while also becoming a more important service provider by managing their video content. Integrates perfectly with other landing page software and website builders. Cons The UI could be improved. Also, creating templates for the video pages and general settings per client would be helpful. I think both are in the process of being implemented. Video bubble feature needs more options for communication. Longterm we have a plan for 3 courses for which it will be perfect. Pros The ease of use surprised me. I have never streamed video before but it was so easy and worked flawlessly. I understand that it is based on AWS CDN so I am sure that it will be fast and reliable. The streaming is HLS encrypted and so should be secure. Personally I like the embedded player but it has plenty of options to customise it if you wish. I have also found the Chrome extension useful for screen recording but it can record from the webcam if needed. Customer service is excellent. Overall we are extremely satisfied with our purchase of Vadoo-highly recommended. Very easy to use. The roadmap is amazing. Plenty of features will be implemented. The video embeds and email feature, landing pages... everything in one place i was looking for. Pros I have been looking for a platform to store and broadcast my videos. So far vadoo provides the best service for my needs. I will use vadoo for online courses and managing my memberships. The UI is very easy to use. The HLS encryption and domain security is perfect for me. Steep learning curve. The roadmap is exciting. Cons Monetization option would be very useful but it is on the roadmap so the team behind Vadoo will implement it in the future. Vadoo has given me an excellent but economic alternative. Pros I have been searching a long time for a suitable video hosting platform that combines good delivery speeds with a reasonable amount of storage capacity. On top of that, with Vadoo TV I am getting a very nice customizable player with lots options such as Call to Action (CTA) and Lead Generation forms. All of the current features and the regular updates that are being proposed almost weekly make me a very happy customer! Cons The UI is not the best, I would prefer if I was able to customize the player at a CSS level, or if there was a possibility to choose different player templates that fit better to our domains, so far I was not able to find an option to do that. It's great that it keeps getting more tools and services - for example they just added a bubble feature to add a video to your website. I like that videos have a call to action on them. I like that I can record my screen and webcam at same time - and its easy to export that as a embed to add to a website. Cons Some features are a little clunky and not as able to be customized. I noticed the white label wasn't a true white label - as the login page said login to vadoo - but I have since reached out to them and they are working on fixing that. I was looking for something like this but affordable for a couple of years and now I came across this product! I opted for the HSL level pricing plan as it's a straightforward choice to get it at such a cost-effective price. The product is simple to use. Most needed features when it comes to video hosting are available. Moreover, I was surprised to see the HSL videos running at such high speed without buffering. The product team is very active on the Facebook group. New features keep coming on a regular basis. Best wishes to the team behind the Vadootv player!
