En la gestión económica, ha sido imprescindible para poder establecer el control de plazos en la facturación y cobros, así como en los pagos de los honorarios a los equipos de investigación. Implementarla en una organización Altamente recomendable, es sencilla, intuitiva, adaptable, siempre la mejoraría, pero no la cambio. Pros Llevamos utilizando Xolomon desde 2013, hemos visto crecer el CTMS desde sus inicios y convertirse en la herramienta que mejor resuelve los problemas de gestión de los hospitales y los equipos investigadores en los estudios clínicos. Lo que más me gusta es la versatilidad. No he encontrado ninguna plataforma que sea capaz de dar respuesta a las necesidades individuales de cada cliente, en un tiempo más que aceptable, y a un precio tan competitivo. Cubre completamente el ciclo de vida de un estudio clínico, desde la idea y evaluación con el CEIm-Xolomon, a la gestión desde la idoneidad del centro hasta el cierre del ensayo, incluyendo la facturación de visitas y pruebas y el cobro y pago de todos los honorarios. Cons Creo que debería mejorar su potencia o robustez y sus informes. Necesitan una actualización, ser más visuales y que muestren los datos de una forma más atractiva. Convertirse en una herramienta de indicadores más que de informes. Sugerencia: crear un nuevo módulo que sea un auténtico cuadro de mandos que incluya los indicadores del Informe Best de Farmaindustria. Es fácil de manejar, intuitiva y sencilla y no cuesta trabajar con ella. Pros La primera vez que utilizas la base de datos es muy fácil e intuitiva de utilizar. Puedes navegar fácilmente a través de ella, es muy sencilla de manejar, en nuestro caso recoge todos los datos y la información necesaria para posteriormente poder recoger informes. Cons Desde mi punto de vista la aplicación es un poco lenta, tarda mucho en guardarse, se queda colgada entonces si estás trabajando todo el día con ella al final puede llegar a desesperar. En cuanto a los informes creo que son mejorables, colores, formas, variables.. Si tuviera que presentar los informes a mi superior tendría que modificarlos y mejorarlos manualmente.
