Unlike other similar products, integration of and implementation of Motivy is very straightforward. Motivy is very effective when it comes to compliance monitoring and spend management. Pros I like everything about Motivy. The software has an intuitive interface and ability to integrate seamlessly with other softwares. Most of all I like the product's customer services, they are personalised and responds without delays. Cons Personally i feel like the software has met the standards. Availability of quality customer care services and affordable pricing Cons The only issue that we have experienced with Motivy is raging of the software's mobile version. Pros I like that it is an easy tool to use, people like receiving rewards and the points do motivy them to improve their work. Cons The downside is that managers or directors dont really use the tool, so it can also cause employees to be unmotivated because they dont get recognition from their bosses.
