Owner Executive Office Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "I Do Not Recommend. Customer Service Response. " August 3, 2025 1.0 Overall the product was as advertised. The customer service while attempting to discontinue my service was non-existent. I would not recommend this company for anyone starting out especially if you decide to discontinue service. Plan ahead and start the cancellation of service in advance. Otherwise they will charge you regardless and call it part of their cancellation terms Pros Not the customer service regarding renewal of my services. When I tried to cancel my contract on the day of renewal it was impossible to reach a person and the automated chats did not provide real service to resolve my issue nor help me with cancellation information. This I was charged for another year long subscription I did not want. Cons Paperbell does not provide advance notice of automatic renewals. When you attempt to discontinue service it is impossible to make contact with a real person who can help you. Emails and online AI chats are all I received for customer service. Each time I have reached out for help, they respond with information that I requested within 24 hours. I like the comprehensive services that are available to me. That was the best part for me. Pros Technology and I have never really gotten along. The first coaching website I used was so difficult that I never figured it all out and never got any inquiries. I was able to set up my Paperbell site during one of my days off; once someone from Paperbell reviewed it, there were only two things that needed correcting. I have ultimate flexibility to create and offer the kind of sessions my business thrives on, customer service is friendly, accessible, and helpful the first time, no matter whom you speak to. I am a company of one, doing work to serve the planet and Paperbell is dream software. Pros Paperbell is everything I had been searching for (and believe me, I SEARCHED). It lets me configure my business in a way that works for me, not me having to work my business around my software. It has all the bells and whistles that scheduling software should have, and I didn’t need a tech degree to get around the site and use every function. Not only that, the Customer Service is EXCEPTIONAL. Look no further, Paperbell is the holy grail of scheduling software. Cons Paperbell is easy and intuitive to use. I haven’t yet found anything I don’t like. If I were to make a suggestion, a live phone line for questions would be uber helpful. Sometimes you just need to talk out an issue with someone and the answer is quick and easy, instead of writing multiple email over the course of a week to figure something out. Pros Paperbell has been my go to for majority of my coaching business. Scheduling and managing clients is easy and seamless. Cons The survey questions drive me insane. There’s needs to be a feature where the questions are a requirement before a client can move forward with scheduling. Drafted auto emails feature is nice but would be better if there’s was the ability to have different one for the different packages we offer. Paperbell would be my ultimate favorite if it had an actual mobile app for both coaches and clients. Would be great if it had a chat or messaging feature. August 15, 2022 5.0 I appreciate how open Paperbell is to suggestions from customers. They respond very quickly to questions and needed support. Pros The Paperbell platform eliminated the need for a separate scheduling, billing and CRM for my coaching packages. That also means a coach doesn't have to learn many different platform operating systems and the cost is much lower. Cons The survey feature doesn't have as many options as I'd like (such as drop downs/ multiple choice/ checklists); but it is very easy to integrate Google Forms if a detailed survey is needed. I love that clients can purchase packages through one click, get automated emails, can book their appointments (or receive the calendar invitations for group sessions), can reschedule as needed, sign their contracts, fill out their in-take and off-boarding surveys - all in one place! And, I keep all my session notes for each client in Paperbell, too, which makes it so easy for me to reference where we were and what we were working on prior to each session. Cons Nothing yet! I am utilizing the shop page and landing page links to help link folks directly to my services. Pros I like that there is quite a bit of flexibility. You can use it to create packages for online courses, memberships, groups and one-on-one services. People can book with you directly and it will link to your zoom account and personal calendar and generate a meeting link automatically. It also allows you to provide client suveys and contracts before clients gets started with your services. Cons Not really any customization in terms of design and style.
