what an amazing product - all the basic pros: value, easy to learn/navigate - awesome support and OMG James! well everyone, really. talk about folks who truly believe in their product AND the success of the people who are getting their businesses launched - paperbell is it =) and so many of the arduous taks we all have to remind ourselves to do are automated there are live sessions and all sorts of online info sheets to answer so many questions too

Cons

wish there were some seo - HOWEVER, there are workarounds that make sense such as what i am going to do - attach paperbell to my blog site =) also, there are so many ways to become known via social media

I've tried a lot of tools. Paperbell is the one that stayed. As a CFP® who works one-on-one with corporate women navigating the financial complexity of leaving their jobs to go solo, I needed a client management system that could keep up with a high-touch practice — without requiring me to become a tech expert to run it. Paperbell does exactly that. Their support team is genuinely responsive, and they invest in educational resources that actually help you grow your business, not just use the software. If you run a boutique professional practice and you want to spend your energy on clients instead of admin, this tool is worth every penny.

Pros

The automation is the whole game. My clients purchase, book, receive their reminders, and show up prepared — without me lifting a finger after setup. No chasing. No manually resending Zoom links. No need to wonder if a contract was signed. Paperbell handles the entire client journey from purchase to session, which means my energy stays exactly where it belongs: on the client, not the calendar. The learning curve was gentler than I expected for a non-tech person. The interface is intuitive, and what I couldn't figure out on my own, their support team handled — fast, and with real answers, not copy-paste responses. The value for the money is strong. For a boutique, one-to-one practice like mine, I don't need enterprise software. I need the right software. Paperbell fits that perfectly.

Cons

Paperbell is built for coaches and consultants, which is exactly what I needed. But if your practice grows to include more complex team or employee management workflows, you may find it limited in that area. For a solo practitioner, this has never been an issue. It's a feature, not a flaw, just worth knowing if your model eventually scales to a team.

Overall the product was as advertised. The customer service while attempting to discontinue my service was non-existent. I would not recommend this company for anyone starting out especially if you decide to discontinue service. Plan ahead and start the cancellation of service in advance. Otherwise they will charge you regardless and call it part of their cancellation terms

Pros

Not the customer service regarding renewal of my services. When I tried to cancel my contract on the day of renewal it was impossible to reach a person and the automated chats did not provide real service to resolve my issue nor help me with cancellation information. This I was charged for another year long subscription I did not want.

Cons

Paperbell does not provide advance notice of automatic renewals. When you attempt to discontinue service it is impossible to make contact with a real person who can help you. Emails and online AI chats are all I received for customer service.

I feel committed to Paperbell! I’m moving to an online biz so it’s been tricky for me to figure out what I need to do and what’s best tech. I’ve had a great experience with your team and I really feel Paperbell is working really hard to make an excellent product!

Cons

I’m navigating an online and in person practice and I don’t find it’s well suited for in person or a hybrid practice. Also as an aside I don’t love that I have to pay USD as my dollar (Canadian) is terrible right now so it’s pricy.

Cons

I'd like to see integration with Clarityflow for asychronous communication, but that's more of a wish list item than a complaint.

Excellent. I have been a coach for over a decade and previously have owned several successful businesses. Each one a solo practice which meant that I had to wear many hats. With Paperbell, I leave the business side of running a practice to them and can focus primarily on serving my clients

Pros

The team at Paperbell provides timely support. Each time I have reached out for help, they respond with information that I requested within 24 hours. I like the comprehensive services that are available to me. When I decided to restart my coaching business, I looked at various organizations that provided support. After extensive research, my instincts told me that Paperbell would be the right choice. So far my instincts have not failed me.

I do not have any comments at this time. My relationship with Paperbell is relatively new and has been very positive.

Excellent. Greats personal service and help too!

Pros

I am really impressed by all of it! The combo or landing page, packages, booking and payment all in one is super helpful and that the payment system also complies with Swedish tax regulations and provides me with the information I need.

Cons

Not sure if I can find cons apart from maybe that people don´t know about it and maybe don´t recognise the name in my link as being a website for coaching. I also wish I had more time to use all that is available and am looking forward to getting more clients signed up through this site.

Excellent. Customer service is super responsive, fast, understanding. It's also important to me to support other small, female owned businesses.

Pros

The fact that you can see what clients have bought from you & how much they have spent You can email all clients on one package You can set up different billing plans That the company is built and run by a small team and they are super responsive to feedback

Cons

There are small tweaks that could be made - but the team are always open to feedback and have added changes I have suggested to the system, for example deleting a package from a client's record.

I really like Paperbell and it’s been super useful, I’m just not sure I love it and whether or not it’s the best product to support me in the long run.

Pros

Covers all the basics and has been very helpful in supporting the early growth of my coaching business. Support is \*awesome\* which I love. Integration with GSuite and Stripe is also great and straightforward.

Cons

For me I feel there is a lack of product flexibility and the CRM capabilities are pretty basic.

It was pretty seamless from beginning to end. I barely even had to look at the tutorials because it was very self-explanatory.

Pros

I love how beautiful it looks and very functional. It has most all the features I need and want as a coach.

Cons

I wish there was a goals section so that I can enter in goals for my clients and also that clients can enter in themselves. It would be great to have this as a feature that the clients can themselves also track within their own client portal.

It didn’t stress me out at all. That was the best part for me.

Pros

Technology and I have never really gotten along. The first coaching website I used was so difficult that I never figured it all out and never got any inquiries. I was able to set up my Paperbell site during one of my days off; once someone from Paperbell reviewed it, there were only two things that needed correcting. Paperbell is so user-friendly that I will be recommending it to everyone interested in a coaching website.

There was nothing to dislike about any part of the process.

I'd say on the whole it's been great with a few glitches.

Pros

I love the all-in-one integration because it saves me time from having to organize several programs together. Paper Bell is extremely straightforward and user-friendly for someone who is looking for an all-in-one solution. Don't let the fact they market towards coaches primarily - it can be used for your Virtual Assistant business too.

Cons

The monthly price to maintain it because I started out broke with this. I'd give 60 days trial to start instead of 30. It takes most Virtual Assistants 60-90 days to start their business. There was also an issue with the zoom link not integrating for the calendar. I do not like Hello Sign because of the cost - they don't give a monthly option and sometimes my business isn't able to pay for this service fee upfront. Again - I didn't have $100 plus to fork over upfront when I first started my business. I also think as a former paralegal - not offering customization in the contract space isn't a good idea for people to stick with software long term. Situations change and people or businesses' budgets change. you are doing a disservice by not having more customization in your contract space. I'm still paying for this because the organization is saving me time. I'd pay more for it if Paper Bell figured out customization for the contract side of setting up a contract, etc. I think Paper Bell is missing out on working with Virtual Assistants because of this missed detail about contracts.

### "Continually improving a great product"

Pros

I most like the modern interface with this software. My client experience is important to me and I appreciate the clean look of the platform. Next, I like how customizable it is. They really listen to their customers and build it for all sorts of uses instead of forcing you to develop your processes around the software. I like how it handles groups a lot.

Cons

I least like the fact that at this time, you cannot customize a contract for each person. So, this means I have to create a new package if I need to customize something for one client and now they are not part of the bigger group. It's just managing two things instead of one which adds up over time. I have figured out how to make it work but it's the one thing I would change about this software.

Pros

I most love the self-scheduling features, calendar, and appointment management and synchronization.

Cons

In the beginning, it took a while to receive support when a challenge arose. I believe the time difference and the size of the company played a part in that. They have since streamlined that process better.

I had to create a landing page for a new product. Paperbell fit the bill in getting out a landing page and converting to sales after a webinar. I had hoped it would allow me to share my program's files but it was constrained by files size limitations . In the end I mostly abandoned the platform when I couldn't communicate and share the materials to deliver the coaching program.

Pros

I like that it is easy and straight forward to implement and get started.

Cons

I don't like the lack if flexibility in customizing your business landing page.

### "Saving money and looking classier for my clients!"

PaperBell is saving my business over $90 A MONTH. It might take a little bit longer to upload your own contracts, emails, and forms, but once it’s done it’s done. I love that the clients have to pay before being about to schedule!!!

Pros

I love that PaperBell is pretty. It looks pretty and is easy to navigate. The other client management services available are “clunky”. The screens aren’t overloaded with informations and I do not have to go to the help section every minute. PaperBell is very self explanatory.

Cons

I wish there was a one time purchase of pre made emails, contracts, and forms.

I enjoyed my free trial but I did not feel comfortable migrating my client data into the system when they did not seem to have security features in place for data encryption or could not answer other questions most SaaS companies are ready to answer.

Pros

I was very much hoping to use Paperbell because so many of their features are helpful for this line of work.

Cons

When I asked support about data security, I was first given phrases like "industry standard" and "continuous protections". When I asked for clarification, like end to end encryption or how I might access my schedule if there was a disruption of service, I was told "We're a super small team serving thousands of customers, which means that we can't answer specific security questions like these.All we can do is point you towards our privacy policy. If that doesn't contain the kind of information you need, we totally understand if you go with another solution."This leads me to believe they have not made plans around service interruptions or for data security because those are not difficult questions to answer if you have.
