So far, so good. I have just loaded the programs and am looking forward to launch (and then I'll have even more to say).

Pros

I like that Paperbell costs about half of Kartra and delivered what I needed without having to pay for extra features that I was never going to use. Paperbell is simple because it was developed with the consumer in mind, not as a catch-all tool. The simplicity makes set up a breeze (no lengthy learning curve or extra degree or personnel required).

Cons

The "landing" page is overly simplified and can't really compete with contemporary landing pages.

Reason for choosing Paperbell

I am a one-woman show at the moment and want to keep my money in my pocket. I liked that Paperbell didn't add any transaction fees and has streamlined coaching administration.

Overall experience has been positive. Site is easy to learn, operate and no downtime.

Pros

Paperbell is easy and simple to use. The UI is not cluttered and it has the basic features covered. I like the ability to create a package with group sessions and 1:1s mixed in.

Cons

Some more features to improve reporting and statistics would be nice. More automated email triggers would be great as well as the ability to have smart fields in all types of emails. Tracking customer funnel might be great as well.

Overall, I feel that Paperbell is an excellent product.

Pros

I like that I can add my coaching agreement contract, manage both group and individual coaching packages, integrate my google calendars, zoom, and stripe all in one place.

Cons

There are just a couple of minor limitations I've discovered so far. One is that the recurring billing date cannot be changed. The other is that package cannot be edited once a client has purchased from that package.

Pros

I love how user-friendly and customizable this software is, as well as the support and open-ness of the team to keep updating the backlog of features. Even the communication of the team on these updates is superb! This truly is a one-stop shop for all my needs...even down to the simplest way of creating offers and landing pages on the fly.

Cons

The client portal side still could use some additional help, to make it more easily navigated without having to be told how to use the interface.

Great - their customer service is amazing.

Pros

The payment plan billing for my clients is worth every penny because I no longer have to manage invoicing every month. Being able to have a sales page with all my packages simply laid out is so easy and great for my clients and me.

Cons

Website integrations, the automated emails I get every time someone schedules an appointment (it's like 3-4 emails every time someone books a consultation), and the inability to sync with individual google calendars. All that being said, it's still an amazing software that's still in development. They are working on adding these features.

I'm definitely going to purchase the full version! The trial allows for you to have one customer sign up and the entire process. At only $40 it definitely makes sense to use considering the worth of my time.

Pros

I can upload all course material and control when clients have to access it. I don't have to worry about keeping records or managing payments. It does all that for me

Cons

It wasn't always user-friendly. I'm having a bit of a hard time trying to figure out to customize it a little more.

### "Saves me hours a month"

Paperbell saves me hours a month and a lot of mental bandwidth dealing with booking/payments and contracts. I can’t imagine doing back to doing this manually. Plus its simple and clear for my clients to get started, and to manage their own appointments.

Pros

I chose Paperbell because it can handle contract signing, payment and booking all in one flow. This alone is worth the price for the time it saves me and my clients. It also handles payments plans, which not all platforms do.

Cons

I don’t find it intuitive on the client portal side, so I don’t use this feature — essentially its just a booking/contract management system for me. (Which again is super helpful, and worth it for me.)

LOVE it. I can't imagine running this business without it.

Pros

I was up and running in under an hour. I love how easy it was for me as a non techy person to set up. My favorite features are not only the calendar, booking but how I can create a drip campaign to anyone that purchases a package.

Cons

I recently started to use the group package feature. Would love to be able to manually select a date to do group emails.

Overall, they are pretty great! I've had a positive experience with customer service when I had a few suggestions which were then implemented or corrected a couple of weeks later.

Pros

I liked that this provided options to create payment plans. As a coach, I wanted to provide clients with the ability to pay in varying installments, and surprisingly this feature was hard to find on other platforms.

Cons

Setting up the features the way that you want it can take a bit of time and skill, but once you've set it up once I've found it easy to navigate making any changes if needed.

It is a fantastic all in one solution for coaches that makes my business run easier, with less headaches for me and my clients!

Pros

Excellent customer service, ease of use, countless features such as billing, invoicing, selling digital products - and it looks great (and is easy to use for the customer!).

Cons

From the provider end, I would like the scheduling set up to be a little easier to finesse. But really, this is a great product all in all!

I appreciate that this software was created by coaches. They understand even the littlest detail - ICF hours being tallied automatically, for one.

Cons

The packages layout can be a little cumbersome when you simply want someone to reuse the same link to purchase without having to be counted as a new client.

Paperbell is the perfect platform for coachings. I love that we can schedule group and 1-on-1 calls and the clients have complete control of the experience. This lightens the lift on our customer service and tech teams while providing a better client experience.

Pros

Scheduling regular 1-on-1 calls for my clients used to take multiple products, integrations, and workflows to make happen. I'd get regular emails like "hey do we have a call this month? How can I schedule it?" With paperbell, clients are able to schedule calls whenever they need to and I know that they are getting exactly what they've paid for! No more manually tracking who is due for a call and who has not. The autoresponder feature also allows me to give them instant access to all deliverables the moment they purchase.

Cons

I would love Paperbell to hook up to Zapier so I can create auto-logins for my learning platform at the time of purchase as well as add to my email software.

Pros

It's an easy platform to learn and use. It was easy to integrate my billing and Zoom accounts. Customer service is responsive to my questions and also suggestions. The best part is that everything is in one place: scheduling, billing, different payment options for my clients, client communication log, session notes, sharing files, etc.

Cons

I'd love to see an option to integrate online course access for my clients. For session notes, instead of one big box of ongoing notes, it would be nice to have separate sections of notes for each session.

Paperbell has been amazing, for me, my clients and my business. The ease of use for me and my clients has been game changing. It's simple to set up, connect to billing and scheduling, and with the click of a mouse I can onboard a client with ease!

Cons

There's not much I can say about what's missing. I think the CRM features could be boosted a bit, along with ease of keeping client notes. Other than that, it's amazing!

I wish there was a way to have a message access in the app this way I wouldn't have to use a third part app. Would also love to add in a paypal integration.

Prior to using Paperbell, I was using separate services for appointments, contracts, and billing -- and now it's all in one. It has saved me a ton of time and it's super easy to use -- for me and my clients.

Cons

There were a few features I wanted added at the beginning that they have added now and they continue to improve functionality. They are very responsive to requests!

This is a simple and easy software that has everything you need especially has a start up coach. Customer service is incredible and they always come back to me in a timely manner with the answers I need!

Pros

It's clear and easy to use to set clients up, create my packages, and as well they are always adding great features such as the recent adding more options for payment plans!

Cons

Mainly when adding my own clients in when I'm on the phone with them I am unable to choose the package on their behalf without it being a gift so need them to do it themselves to be able to add the payment plan they want (unless there is a way around it?)

You are right that they would already have needed to purchase a package or you'd need to gift them. You could set up a package that has no availability inside but the ability to purchase. This way your clients would be able to purchase sessions and then when you're on the phone, you'd be able to easily book those in!
