I've become one step closer to centralizing my transactions and other hub activities, to one primary location. This will inevitably make it run smoother and save me more time.

Pros

The fact that it pulls together all the core features I need to run my coaching business - payment, scheduling, notes, and administrative details like how many appointments are remaining.

Cons

There are a few features that are missing for me that are a necessity, and that includes integration with an autoresponder (like MailChimp).

Brilliant. There are ways to use this software that I havent even begun to explore. I know this is the perfect software to grow with too.

Pros

I love the scheduling feature. Easy and no more back-and-forth with clients.

Cons

No downsides I've found at all. Maybe would be good to have the confirmation emails show up as \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] instead of paperbell on all emails

### "Wanted to love it"

It was clear from the beginning it wasn't for me, but I bought into the "buy now" to save and so have wasted a lot of money for something I no longer use. That is on me, but I wish I could love it. It seemed more capable than it actually is. I use Calendly, Stripe, and Google Docs right now, which is less expensive and just as functional.

Pros

It was fairly easy to set up, and while I haven't used customer service, they appear to be engaged and welcomed me personally.

Cons

I tried this with one client, and they were not able to do the questionnaire. It wasn't visible. Also, if your client schedules out all of their meetings, Paperbell will show they have no meetings left, and I wished it would track how many were completed. I could easily do the same with Calendly and Google Docs. They did create a new client portal, but it doesn't appear that clients can add documents, so it's not very useful for filling out forms or communicating.

Reason for choosing Paperbell

I hadn't done much research, but it appears Practice Better has a better range of options for the price, which I just learned about from another coach.

Pros

Paperbell is easy to use both for me and my clients! And it's features are so freaking useful!!

Cons

I'm completely pleased, there's nothing I would change about Paperbell. In fact, whenever I've had a thought about changing something, Paperbell already has an upgrade in the works.

Pros

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the fact that I don't get charged per amount of customers I have. It's a flat fee for all the features. It's a little more if you're just starting, but honestly for the most important part of your business -- scheduling and payment-- it works excellent.

Cons

there are some things that I'd like more of. Like I think it'd be nice to make a note for each separate time you meet with a client.

### "Time saver for coaches"

Paperbell helps me to handle client bookings with ease. Before discovering Paperbell, I used separate services for appointment booking, contract signing and collecting payments. Paperbell handles all of these things in one place, which has saved me time and restored my sanity so that I can focus on coaching my clients!

Pros

Easy and intuitive to use. Keeps client admin in one neat place. Excellent customer service - very responsive and pro-active about adding new features based on user feedback.

Cons

None at this time. I only wish I had discovered Paperbell earlier!

Pros

Paperbell is a robust client relations manager. It integrates well with important tools (Google Calendar, Stripe). The UI is excellent and it is easy to set up programs. Another excellent feature is the automated email capability.

Cons

It is a bit pricier than over comparable options.

Fairly easy to navigate and could probably run it by myself without the assistance of a VA. Most questions have been answered quickly by Paperbell. Still haven't fully deployed with clients because it doesn't allow me to sync to more than one calendar and I have two in play

Fairly simple to find way around and set up without tutorials. Clean look and feel Beta pricing Bonuses \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] track record and specific knowledge of my field

Cons

Need access to more than one calendar in the scheduling tool Would like to be able to populate the client roster and start communications with them before a package is purchased. Would like it to be more visually customizable to match my brand and not be a "paperbell" experience from a client perspective. Would like an easier way to find the support tutorials! Would like to be able to preview and test client experience end to end before signing up a client and having them get random emails from me

Pros

I love being able to sync all my calendars so it reads each of them accordingly. Lots of software's only read one calendar. I also appreciate the duplicate features, automated emails and package features.

Cons

Nothing is terrible. I'd like to have call notes for each session, but right now there's only one call section per client.

I had one support ticket when I was starting and the prompt reply answered my question. For the price, this is a #musthave piece of software for any Coach. It does so much for such a small investment. Plus, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and her Team are the real deal. I have been a user of their other program (MeetEdgar) for 2+ years and they have always delivered and have been doing regular updates.

Pros

Set up was very easy, even for a non-tech person like me. I was especially pleased with how easy the integration was with my payment processor. The cloning feature was very easy to use as I have used it for offering my longer programs as they can get the best price at one payment but can opt for monthly payments. After a new client call the other day they needed a custom plan with me. In minutes I designed it on Paperbell and had it to my prospect. So much quicker and easier than building a new webpage on WP.

Cons

Two things that I am hopeful they may improve this great program in the future. Enable the online calendar to operate with Apple iCal and that you could sell a service, like a video training program, with zero phone calls included.

Very good, extremely helpful in moments where activity is low and considerate of peoples situations. Very intuitive set up and looks great. Very easy to use as a customer and as a host.

Pros

Everything I need is on one platform and I don’t have to work out how to integrate anything

Cons

There’s no SEO to drive people to my information in the way a website would. Hosting websites on there that integrates the current set up would be cool and make me more likely to stay even in the quiet periods

Cons

It's new software so there are occasional glitches and it doesn't always work very smoothly. Some of my clients have had trouble using it. However, the customer service team addresses issues very quickly.

Very positive. It has been a valuable tool in helping me rethink my offerings so I can charge more for my services while delivering an easy buying experience to my clients.

Pros

I love that the look is very clean and not distracting and the template guidesme through the process of setting up an online store without needing any technical knowledge.

Cons

Sometimes the admin pages feel very siloed and I need a dozen tabs open on my screen just to find what I need or make a small edit. I also wish there were a few more advanced tools/features like branding for my company name (feels weird to have to put my business name as my first/last name just to get it to appear correctly), Or reordering how products appear on the store page, or creating package pages with groupings of products, Etc.

Reason for choosing Paperbell

I took advantage of special launch pricing, which made it feel very low risk. Why not give it a try? There wasn’t anything to lose!

Right now my team is getting used to the platform. I wont tbe the primary person using it but I set it up. I have not seen a way to add an administrator which would be nice.

Pros

Package offerings and payment plans are what I like most.

Cons

I moved from simple practice as a mental health counselor, now im a full time coach. In simple practice there was a report on income and payouts. I have not seen that on Paperbill. It would be very nice if that was added.

Enjoyable, but more stripped down than expected. I appreciated how quickly I was able to set up my coaching/consulting services. I was expecting to be able to invoice current clients rather than making them go to the website, set up an account, choose their package, and pay for it. It would be less desirable for new clients, but I definitely wasn’t going to have my current clients go through hoops because I decided to change my onboarding platform. It just doesn’t fit the relationship I’ve already built with them. The last challenge would be the inability to incorporate coupon codes or discounts. Offering potential clients discounts based on attending my keynotes, buying books, and so on, is an integral part of onboarding. I appreciate the product and look forward to updates! At this point, it isn’t robust enough for my business.

Pros

I appreciate the setup guidance. Smooth!

Cons

No way to invoice current clients or to give discounts without creating a completely different SKU/product

### "Great Tool! Needs Just a Bit of Customization"

Paperbell has made it easier for my clients to see when I'm available, and taken away the time I had to spend sending out individual quotes and invoices.

Pros

I love how easy it is to set up packages and recurring appointments. The Stripe Integration was easy to set up, and I love that there is E-mail Marketing built in!

Cons

I wish the user experience could be customized more. Being able to display my logo/brand colors instead of just my name, so that I can provide a look and feel that is more consistent with my website.
