Elaine ist für uns viel mehr als ein reines E-Mail-Versandtool und liefert und in unserer E-Mail Kommunikation die Basis für komplexe 1:1 Personalisierung. Sämtliche Schnittstellen können bedient werden, so dass wir unsere Datenlandschaft perfekt abbilden können. Die Performance ist sehr beeindruckend, egal ob beim Versand von klassischen listenbasierten Versänden oder beim Versand von Transaktionsmails. Hierbei nicht zu unterschätzen ist das starke Deliverability Management.

Pros

Mit Elaine sind wir in der Lage die zahlreichen umliegenden Datenquellen in einer zentralen Software so zu verbinden, dass wir weit mehr als ein reines Versandtool für E-Mails haben, sondern eine Plattform zur Personalisierung unserer E-Mail Kommunikation. Wenn nötig kann Elaine eigene Logiken beisteuern, aber auch externe Signale empfängen, um in Echtzeit Entscheidungen zu treffen. So erhält jeder unserer Empfänger die Botschaft, die er aktuell benötigt und das zunehmend auch gestützt durch die Elaine-eigene KI "Aido". Herauszuheben ist bei aller Komplexität, dass sehr viele Funktionen im "no-code" Self-service durch Fachbereiche unabhängig von IT-Teams genutzt werden können.

Cons

Elaine ist nicht selbsterklärend, was aber auch folgerichtig ist bei dem enormen Funktionsumfang und der Komplexität der Aufgabenstellungen, die wir mit Hilfe der Software lösen.

Mit ELAINE erstelle ich automatisierte Kommunikationsabläufe sehr einfach mit wenigen Klicks und selektiere selbstständig Empfängerdaten, z.B. für segemntierte E-Mail Kampagnen. Die Durchführung und Auswertung von Tests ohne große konzeptionelle Vorbereitung oder komplexe Datenanalyse ist ebenfalls möglich. Über alle Aufgaben hinweg ist Befähigung der Anwender zur selbstständigen Durchführung die vielleicht größte Stärke von ELAINE.

Pros

ELAINE befähigt Anwender, selbstständig Personalisierungen, Selektionen, Automatisierungen und andere komplexe Aufgaben durchzuführen, ohne Support aus technischen Bereichen wie der IT. Dadurch lassen sich Use Cases schnell umsetzen, testen und optimieren.

Cons

ELAINE ist sehr mächtig, jedoch fühlt sich die Bedienung manchmal etwas sperrig und wenig intuitiv an.

Wir haben im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel unsere E-Mail-Marketing und die Automation mit ELAINE umgesetzt, Alles bestens. ebenso die Transaktions-Kommunikation. Vorteil, alles aus einer Hand.

Pros

Sehr gute Interfaces und Möglichkeiten der Automatisierung. Zuverlässige Nutzung - klar, darf man erwarten.ist aber nicht immer selbstverständlich. Bei ELAINE jedoch absolut top. Ebenso sehr guter Support.

Cons

Auch wenn die Interfaces sehr gut sind, gerne noch Optimierungen für mobile Geräte. Dies sollte optimiert werden.

ELAINE deckt bei uns eine große Bandbreite an E-Mail-Marketing Funktionalitäten ab. Dies beginnt mit den Newslettern, die alle unsere Marken mit diesem Tool versenden. Die meisten Newsletter erzeugen wir inzwischen automatisiert mittels RSS-Feeds. Dies reduziert den manuellen Aufwand deutlich. Mit den Marketing Automation Funktionalitäten bilden wir komplexe und hochpersonalisierte Kampagnen in allen Bereichen des Kundenlebenszyklus ab.

Pros

ELAINE vereint alle unsere E-Mail-Marketing-Aktivitäten auf einer zentralen Plattform – mit einheitlichem Reporting über sämtliche Kampagnen hinweg. So behalten wir jederzeit den Überblick und treffen fundierte Entscheidungen auf Basis konsistenter KPIs.

Cons

Durch die große Zahl an Features gibt es in ELAINE entsprechend viele Buttons, Menüleisten, usw. Ein neuer Nutzer benötigt, je nach seinen Vorkenntnissen, eine gewisse Zeit, um sich zurechtzufinden.

Mit ELAINE verschicke ich Newsletter, Transaktionsmailings und Automation-Kampagnen. Durch die flexiblen Schnittstellen können einfach weitere Systeme z.B. CRM oder Shop angebunden werden. Ein großer Vorteil sind auch die Multilanguage Templates, die es ermöglichen, mehrere Sprachen aufzusetzen und zu bearbeiten. Die noch recht neuen Data Stores ermöglichen es, große Datenmengen, die über die Stammdaten hinaus gehen, zu speichern und zu nutzen (z.B. Transaktionsdaten oder Produktdaten). Besonders gut gefallen mir auch die A/B-Test Möglichkeiten und die Auswertung von Mailings und Kampagnen. Ein weiteres Plus sind Funktionalitäten wie AIDO für KI-optimierten Content und Segmente oder interaktive Elemente wie Countdown oder Umfragen. Und das alles in einem einzigen Tool.

Pros

Das Tool bietet ein ganzheitliches E-Mail Marketing. Neben einem umfangreichen Editor lassen sich per Drag&Drop schnell und einfach Mailings aufbauen. Diese lassen sich als Listenversand verschicken, gleichzeitig können aber auch smarte und hochkomplexe, automatisierte Kampagnenstrecken umgesetzt oder Transaktionsmailings verschickt werden. Außerdem bietet ELAINE eine Empfängerverwaltung und Selektionsmöglichkeiten sowie nach dem Versand diverse Report- und Analysemöglichkeiten. Da es sich um einen deutschen Anbieter handelt, ist es DSGVO-konform und mit einem kompetenten, deutschen Support.

Cons

Leider gibt es keine Standard-Templates und Artikel, auf die man zurückgreifen kann. Es gibt keine kostenlose Version (zum Testen) und da es recht komplexe Funktionen gibt, ist es nicht für den schnellen Einstieg geeignet.

Wir arbeiten sehr gerne mit Elaine zusammen. Sowohl das Produkt als auch das Team überzeugen uns voll und ganz. Der Support antwortet schnell und kompetent.

Pros

Elaine bietet einen sehr hohen Funktionsumfang und weitreichende Customizing-Möglichkeiten. Uns gefällt zudem, dass Elaine einer der wenigen Anbieter ist, mit dem die Anforderungen der DSGVO vollständig umgesetzt werden können. Die KI-Features (AIDO) bieten spannende Möglichkeiten, schnell und effizient multivariate Tests umzusetzen, um Kampagnen zu optimieren. Dank der Business Rules lassen sich auch sehr individuelle Cases einfach umsetzen. Und nicht zuletzt sind die super freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter von Elaine immer persönlich erreichbar - auch damit hebt sich der Anbieter von der Konkurrenz ab.

Cons

Elaine bietet einen hohen Funktionsumfang, um ein individualisiertes Omnichannel Dialogmarketing aufzubauen. Wer das System ausreizen möchte, sollte Zeit für die Einarbeitung mitbringen.
