Having trailed MFT Gateway and seeing how easily AS2 integration can be achieved we switched to MFT Gateway right away. Pros The ease and simplicity of implementation on the MFT Gateway, and no need to maintain the legacy hardware and software on premises were what I liked most about the platform. Cons I can hardly think of any as we really love the software. Maybe on the cost side. Reason for choosing MFT Gateway The SaaS model which save us the trouble of maintaining our own on premises B2B gateway. Pros MFT Gateway provides a seamless UI and API access to streamline multiple communication models. Cons One of the major cons is only allowing password authentication for API access. Firstly, the MFT team very helpful in getting in to discussion with our customers and helping us to successfully complete the PoC. They provide extensive support during the trail period to us and our customer so that we we comfortable in moving forward with this integration. Our customer gained confidence on the integration and awarded the project to us which was a BIG WIN to us. It's been 4 months that we have gone live, we have had no issues with the integration and the File transfer is seamless. Their support system is very good and it feels like they are part of my in-house team. Pros AS2 Integration is seamless. We have not had any problems so far. MFT support team was very helpful in setting up the connections during the PoC. Our customer was very concerned about security and MFT team got on a call and clarified all the concerns which gave them confidence to go ahed with this integration. The platform has a polished, modern UI and intuitive documentation, making the setup easy. Moreover, assistance is available at early stages in case you need it; their support team responds really quickly. Pros MFT Gateway provides an exceptional solution for outsourcing B2B messaging. It is one of the few companies that provide a free functional trial with instant access to their dashboard. For anyone dealing with AS2 requirements, we would wholeheartedly recommend this platform. Cons It still relies on AWS services; therefore, any disruption in these services would impact MFT. This could represent an edge case in an automated workflow. Great technical support team. We would recommend it to anyone who has AS2 needs. Pros Integration was relatively simple and straightforward. Their support team was amazing responding fast and helping us sort technical matters we did not understand. Cons None so far, we're liking it and we'll see how it scales as we grow.
