Cons Da 1 anno non c'è più la chat, il ticket viene visualizzato dopo 2 giorni, sembra che l'azienda non ha più la grinta e l'interesse di una volta a proseguire. Piuttosto a prendere soldi per servizi scadenti. Il booking engine funziona a tratti 1 giorno sì e 7 no. Troppo una cosa sensibile per potere "Lasciare perdere" , ma accorgersi per tempo è fondamentale per non perdere montagne di soldi in prenotazioni che MAI arriveranno. Pros Ho potuto ammirare l'evoluzione del software. Il software è completo per la gestione della nostra struttura, dalla vendita, alla gestione delle prenotazioni/ospiti (check-in online per esempio) all'emissione di ricevute e fatture. Anche il booking engine è stato recentemente rivisto e devo dire che è ora ottimo! Cons Il gestionale è in continua fase evolutiva e ad ogni rilascio qualche piccola magagna c'è sempre... Pros E' comodo per sincronizzare i calendari di tutti gli OTA Cons La gestione dei prezzi per i bambini è inesistente, i clienti piuttosto che fare la prenotazione diretta dal sito telefonano perchè non capiscono come fare. Inoltre mi sta creando grossi problemi nella prenotazione tramite gli OTA sempre per i bambini. Inoltre è scomodo non poter vedere a colpo d'occhio (tipo con colori diversi) il diverso stato delle prenotazioni (pagato, acconto pagato, non ancora pagato, ecc.).
