Great overall experience and any company which wants to understand what their customers are researching on - well this is a must have for them.

Pros

The best part is its wide taxonomy of topics which coupled with proprietary algorithm gives us intent data which we can trust

Cons

One improvement is if we want to add an intent topic/customize one topic which is not part of taxonomy it should be done seamlessly and in less time. Currently the process takes time.
